Thanks for the suggestions. I worked on the chords some. Any further suggestions would be welcome.
Some parts were nice. Try ending it on an A minor chord, or C major if you want a more happy ending, so it resolves. Some chords didn't work for me, but it's interesting, especially the instrumentation. You might have just inspired me to try a brass band format!
