About this score

My first Orchestral try, took me quite some hours last week. I hope you like it and feel free to criticize me. Also I do believe the transitions are waaay to rough myself, I'm glad how it went, but I think it's far from being 'good'.

5-9-'12 Update: Changed intro and made few minor improvements.

Very nice work. I like the harmonies in the allegretto part.

Good work! I like the way you integrated your own ideas with the Folia theme.

Thanks, I think I can do better on the Folia theme, but it's hard since almost everything has been done with that..... ;)

Good job! I especially liked the Folia-part! :). And, I think I would like some timpani-triplets, or something in the opening!? You should play around with it! :)

Yes the opening isn't quite what it's supposed to be. I'm thinking of a more 'booming' opening with better developed harmonics etc. And adding a better percussion part would be necessary as well I guess..

I've listened to a lot of Sanz' pieces lately, I love almost all of them (and I especially love what Rodrigo did in 'fantasia para un gentilhombre'! And I agree on the intro, I'm not really fond of it myself.

Thanks for the comment!

Yes! In my opinion the most beautiful 'guitar concerto' part! I've heard it life last winter, as a gift from my girlfriend and it's the best live experience so far!
