Inspired by the hit movie, "Never Say Never 3D," (press "read more" for more details)
this medley consists of seventeen-year-old teen pop sensation Justin Bieber's most famous works. Including a drumset part and a keyboard/piano part, this nearly-seven-minute piece weaves in six of his songs, beginning and ending with "Baby," his most famous song to date (as of Spring 2011, when this medley was written). Solos in this medley include flute/oboe, first clarinet, and first alto saxophone. Also note that although most of the song is written in common time, it may also be played in cut time.
This medley was arranged by Alexandra Smerekanych, who was fourteen years old and an eighth grader at Odle Middle School, during February and March 2011. Acknowledgments go out to: classmate Gabriella Monico, for help with the revising and editing throughout the 220-hour process; and classmate Ellie Ungar, for help with the percussion parts. The original words and music to the songs included in this arrangement are by Ludacris, Terius Nash, Christine Flores, Christopher Stewart, Justin Bieber, Nasri Atweh, Thaddis Harrell, Adam Messinger, Omarr Rambert, Jaden Smith, James Bunton, Corron Ty Kee Cole, Thabiso Nkhereanye, Ezekiel Lewis, Balewa Muhammad, Sean Hamilton, Hyuk Shin, Heather Bright, Ray Romulus, Jeremy Reeves, Jonathan Yip, Peter Svensson, and Nina Persson.
