Cartoon Epic Medley

About this score

I love classic cartoons. I always have and always will. And to me Warner Brothers and Hana-Barbara are the pinnacle of the zaniness and light hearted nature of animation. So I have made the Cartoon Epic Medley, celebrating these pieces of TV history and childhood memories.
The Songs Include:
-Merrily We Roll Along (Lonny Tunes Theme 1)
- (Meet) The Flintstones
- The Simpsons Theme
- The Jetsons Theme
- Top Cat Theme
- This Is It! (Buggs Bunny Show Theme)
- The Pink Panther Theme
- Inspector Gadget
- Scooby Doo Theme
- The Merry-Go-Round Broke Down (Loony Tunes Theme 2)
- I’m Popeye The Sailor Man
- The Merry-Go-Round-Broke-Down (Reprise)
- Merrily We Roll Along (Reprise)

Wow u really know how to make medleys doombot!

doombot9000's picture

Thank you!
It's kind of become my thing...

tennisplayr21's picture

this was really good but during the pink panther it would be better if you made the tenor sax swing.

wow my high school marching band did a show called Saturday Morning Symphony! small world

Tbnman's picture

On pink panther, I suggest you use dotted eighth sixteenth, not eighth.

Really spectacular, professional job! I'm a new-ish musescore user, how do you get the muted trumpet sound? Thanks.

N i C K's picture

You can change the instrument to muted trumpet, or change the sound to muted trumpet with F10.

I seriously am just sitting here staring at the computer. That was seriously mind blowing. I wish I had the talent to write something like that!

Mega's picture

Wow!

Amazing!

The only thing I could say against this is formatting. Other than that, great work! Medley seem to be a favorite thing of yours. Are you still making video games?

doombot9000's picture

Yah, the formatting is weird (sorry about that)… And I guess medleys are kind of my thing now. And yah, I’m still making video games (I’m working on two at the moment.)

insaneintherain's picture

Do you still need a person to make music for your games?

doombot9000's picture

Yes, in fact I do.

insaneintherain's picture

With my new knowledge of making music with computers, we might be able to figure something out as a partnership.

doombot9000's picture

Certainly. If you would like I will send you a message with possible projects, so we may figure our partnership.

bigj1's picture

hey do you mind if i join in with you guys?

doombot9000's picture

I’m going to have to say no for now. I’m sorry but I don’t know you enough to partner with you. But if I ever get to the point where I need another composer, you may get the job.

insaneintherain's picture

Well, it depends on Doombot. He and I go back a ways, so we know what the other is capable of and some of their past compositions. You seem fairly new, so Doombot might not need and extra person. Plus, you probably don't know about how soundfonrs and mid looping work, so you might not exactly be cut out for the job. But hey, we might need your help later.

doombot9000's picture

Insaneintherain, I’m sending you a message with our first assignment.

insaneintherain's picture

Already got it. I'm playing your game right now. The screen is full of mitochondrials and I have about 9000 ATP.

BSBassClarinet's picture

If you will, me and my brother are going to make a game and I'm composing music for it currently. I am interested to see what kind of a game you might have made. If you wish, send me a message about the link, if you decide to send me one. I can tell you a simple outline of what we're gonna be doing, but it would be very skechy for safety, but I would tell you somewhat. Send me a message for that, if you want it doombot or insane.

musicdude29's picture

I once tried to make a game with my friends. But they quit on me and I even made the music. Where do you get messages from, email?

BSBassClarinet's picture

If you send a message, it sends it from your email. If someone send you a message, it is sent to your email. Send me a message, please, musicdude29. I'll see what kind of game it was and what I could do for you. (shaky, though, I'm writing a book and going to make a game soon, so I'll see how much time I've got)

BSBassClarinet's picture

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

doombot9000's picture

Wow. I had no idea this deserved 104 exclamation points :) ! I’m glad you liked it!!!

bigj1's picture

its not jazz but its fantastic because its hard to make a really good piece with tons of insturments. Great Job!!!!

Spuddboy2's picture

Epic!!! Don't know how you do it, but this is so fun to listen to!!! GREAT JOB!!!!! :D :D

doombot9000's picture

bigj1's picture
