This piece is a transposition of A Little Piece of Heaven by the popular heavy metal band Avenged 
Sevenfold for concert band. The original was written by the well known and 
popular deceased drummer, James "The Reverend Tholomue Plague" Sullivan.
The Rev was trying to achieve a "rock horror opera effect, which is much
different from their usual hard rock/metalcore music.
The song depicts a story of how a man kills his opposite other after
rejecting his marriage propsal. Her ghost kills him and they make up after
death and get married for eternity.
The song is one of the few songs with The Rev doing vocals and
features another singer named Julia doing a female part in the song.
It's a great song for anyone that likes The Rev.
