Mobile users, here is the official HQ audio:

How long has it been since I uploaded anything? Twelve thousand years? XD

The motivation behind this song was something that was lurking in my mind for quite a while. Over the years, I have tried writing very small sections of "scary" or "horror" music into a few pieces. Unfortunately, though I kept and uploaded the songs, I was never very happy with how those parts sounded. Being self-taught, I had (have) no idea what I was (am) doing. I desperately wanted to write a "scary" song that sounded halfway decent, so I hunkered down and listened to as much of it as I could.
There are a few composers this piece is inspired by. Michael Giacchino (his work on Lost), John Williams (Star Wars, not Jaws ;P), and Harry Gregson-Williams (Narnia) just to name a few.

It took me a while to put it all together, but I'm honestly pretty happy with the end result. There are some things I wish I could do better, but not having real instruments is extremely limiting. The instrumentation is always a struggle for me, and this piece was no exception XD Also, random side note, I think this is possibly the most time signatures I've ever used in one song (10), and the most instruments. My brain hurts a little. :)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it! Please let me know what you think! Good or bad, it's great to have feedback and suggestions. Thanks so much for listening! :D
