For Solo Piano: Summer Waltz - Op. 49

Uploaded on Jun 19, 2019

When I saw the kids outside playing from my balcony, I was inspired to write a little melody. I have recently not been that active in Musescore, because I am taking a small break from composing. It is also harder to concentrate during summer break, as there are many other things on my mind right now.

Composer's note: The introductory descending scale is the same one used for the ending (a suitable ending don't you think?). Notice how there are multiple lines of melodies sometimes, like when the second theme appears at bar 19. The structure is quite easy, but, you might break it down to smaller pieces, which in turn makes the piece quite interesting as this is one of the very few pieces which are quite free yet coherent in terms of structure: Intro-A1-A2-B1-A3-C1-B2-A4(recapitulation)-C2-coda

Composing time: 3h

P.S. I am experimenting using english directions in order for you peeps who are not fluent in classical terminology yet.

Edit: Small articulatory changes made
