Looking for music, preferably sans piano, for flute featuring violin/cello...
Hi everybody, I made a transcription of the following song. I'm a drummer and I'm not really sure what's the best way to write the melody to make it easier to read (especially for horns) :
1) respect the harmony
2) choose to write the melody only with # or only with b
Also, do you find the harmony is written the right way (same question).
Here is the song : https://musescore.com/user/3964646/scores/5489143
Thank you in advance !
why did i get invited and how am i known
I'm going to be honest here. I think Leo P is a good bari player, but the stuff he gets attention for isn't really that impressive. My two year old niece could probably squeak a bari sax, as could anyone; therefore, Leo P shouldn't be getting as much attention as he does. If Leo can get famous by biting reeds, anyone should be able to.
Thanks for inviting me to this group despite my small contributions to jazz. If anyone is active here, would you guys like an arrangement of Istanbul by They Might Be Giants?

Wow! I'm really happy that you picked me to be in this group!
Congrats on being an Eagle Scout! It is a high honor! What was your Eagle Project? What were some of your favorite merit badges? Did you receive your Order of the Arrow award? Have a great time.
It's an honor. It really is. But how did I get here? Don't you have to specifically find someone's profile to invite them? How did you find mine? Why did you invite me? What do you think I can add to this group?
Not to be mean or anything, but why was I invited? I don't really do jazz, but I like jazz. I'm a little confused.
Thanks for you invitation
Hey dudes, check out this fantastic jazz piece by Nikolai Kapustin - one of the greatest jazz composers ever - https://musescore.com/user/19854161/scores/5447888
