I am creating a new post on this matter.
I am still not able to properly solo percussion instruments in the online mixer as some of the are being misidentified as piano parts. That's when the synthesizer is enabled some of the percussion instruments are being misplayed as piano and strings. The score was created in MS 3.1. It is very important that my students be able to solo individual percussion parts to help with learning them. Will this be fixed in the near future?
I sent https://musescore.com/howard_c_/mixed_quintet_no_1_complete to
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KyqBDIl2sg, and it was "removed becuase it was too long"? The score is only 15:50 so I don't know why this happened... Is it because the custom audio? But the audio should be 15:50 too... I exported it from MuseScore itself. :o
I don't know if it's just me, but the cropping after you choose a picture for your banner doesn't work at all. It always takes the bottom of the picture you're trying to make your banner. Who wants to see just the bottom of a picture?
Hi, I just uploaded a score to Musescore for the first time and noticed that online it only will play up until the repeat sign and then stops. When played in the program itself there is no problem. Am I missing something? Here is a link to the score:
Any help is appreciated--thanks!
Just received a notification from Musescore saying that 2 of my scores that are my own original work have been reported for copyright infringement. Has anyone else received the same issue? I've written up a dispute for both scores and awaiting validation
Many of my scores are rendered with large question marks on the iOS app.
(and many others).
What is happening here - and please can this be fixed?
I am getting very weird behavior when enabling synthesizer in the mixer. It sounds like it is going very supper slow in both Firefox and Chrome. I using all GM percussion sounds. https://musescore.com/user/4534311/scores/5608208
I appreciate you folks have a lot on your plate, but considering this is a commercial site, I am surprised by how buggy the player is for percussion instruments: non-GM percussion instruments from Musescore's default soundfont are misidentified as being piano and strings in the mixer, playback is sometimes weird even for GM percussion instruments when the synthesizer is enabled (see above), and measures are not highlighted during playback on single line staff. I feel like I am part of a beta test team, except the product has already been publicly released.
On smaller groups, it says that there is 10 pages of discussions(when there isn't) and when you click on the other pages it says "there are no discussions in this group"

The top users section has been invisible to the community for a long time. Is there a reason why it has been hidden? When I previously asked I was told that it was being 'fixed'. That was almost a couple months ago.
Probable duplicate of
Scores will not play properly with synthesizer audio. Musescore audio is fine. Affects any score I find online. Chrome and IE.
I was on my profile page when I opened another tab. When I came back to MuseScore I saw the Follow button. I clicked it and suddenly I followed myself!
When My pro expired, the scores in my spotlight stay up. I don't want them in my spotlight anymore, but don't want to delete them and re-upload. Please add a feature where you can remove scores in your spotlight even if pro has expired. Or if there already is a feature, please tell me!
Why doesn't that apply to non-pro users? Whjat is the difference between pro-music and non-pro music?
I've installed the most recent MuseScore App both on a Galaxy Note 8 and a Galaxy Tab 10.1 2014. Trying to open a file from OneDrive result in the following error message:
"Failed to open file. No apps are installed that can handle this file type."
This used to work on my older Huawei phone with DropBox.

Thanks for any answer.
Just curious, have any of you ever been in a car accident? Or know someone that was?
I was in one just last year, in Yellowstone. We were in a bear jam, and someone in a huge truck didn't see us and backed into us. Damaging our car, and if my dad hadn't honked the horn, I wouldn't be here today, because the truck would have kept coming and I would have been the first to go...
When I start recording a song that I arranged in Musescore, I usually make a part with certain instruments that will work as a backing track to record to, and then export a .wav of the part. As of the new update, exporting a particular "part" to a .wav will result with an export of the full score, or in other words, all the instruments in the score.
