I'm fine with whatever.
I encourage the musescore.com staff to respond more often to bug and feature requests in this forum so users posting know that there feedback has been received and to incentivise user participation. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the forums on musescore.org and wish for a similar level of interaction here. Thanks.
Almost all of the time the playback on site doesn't work.
Please introduce yourself here!
It would be really nice as an admin, if we had a feature to search users in specific groups we admim. Maybe if there was a search bar on the members page or something.
This would be extremely useful though. I’ve been trying to clear spammers (weddings and such) In huge groups like Video Gamers, and Short Pieces For Piano.
If we could search a user, and then have the option to remove them or make them admin, that would be great. Because I’ve been really tired of just scrolling though page after page to hopefully find an account I’m looking for.
Today marks the release of MuseScore Piano Roll. Piano Roll is a popular and convenient method to display piano notation in a way that not only simplifies learning a new piece for novice musicians who lack a teacher, it also beautifully visualizes each score.
(Video captured from https://musescore.com/classicman/scores/33715 )
Give it a try by simply clicking on the Piano Roll icon now available on all solo piano scores. Be sure to tell us what you think in Improving MuseScore.com!
All of these improvements are designed to not only make MuseScore.com the most valuable resource online for sharing and discovering great musical works but for learning them as well.
We hope you’ll be as excited about this new feature as we were to create it for you, and as always we look forward to your feedback.
This is just the first of an exciting series of updates and releases for MuseScore PianoRoll; we're already hard at work on improving the experience!
Tapping into the score toggles the toolbars. On my phone toolbars are shown on top and bottom of the screen. On my tablet the bottom toolbar with the transpose button is missing, the top toolbar is shown.
Musecore Android version is the latest 2.2.6. I had a V 2.2.6 before with a different behaviour.
For screenshots see here: https://musescore.org/en/node/286998
I reported the same issue before for previous versions:
Alchemizer is giant mech equipped with cutting-edge edge military technology and is in command of a device that can destroy planets. It is made of ancient technology that cannot be penetrated by normal means.
Boss music: Midas Touch
I have problems with the actual Musesore-Version.
- I Importet 6 Files over ITunes. If I open the Bibliothek / Songbook the first time, the App shows me 6 Files. At the second time it shows me 12 Files, for the third time 18 files ……. Then if I closed the App and look at Itunes I see 6 Files.
- When I open a Song, the App needs a very long time to open it. After 70sec I closed the song and reopen it, then it needs 2 seconds to show me the song. The file ist about 48kb.
- When I would do a transposition, the box shows me not the key and I cannot transpose into another key.
- If I would open the mixer, there is no reaction.
- I cannot close the song, I must restart the App.
In this Version the App is not usable .
I posted this idea a few months ago, but I think it would be cool to see how many people and who is online in a group.
Hey guys, so I got an invite to join this group, so that's cool. I'm Lizante, if you didn't know that already, a random Nintendo otaku who also loves anime. I play viola and will not tolerate any viola jokes unless they're genuinely funny. That's all you need to know, hope we can be friends! ^^
Just wondering. I mean, it would be pretty cool if we could use Roll20. If any of you play. You know. ^ - ^
When uploading scores from MuseScore 3 to musescore.com, i cannot send them to YouTube. Are anyone else experiencing this?
we must gather all lingstingers possible to defeat the demisemihemidemisemiquaverhexaflexagon lingling king
vladimir is now on our side
What’s the point of this group? Any ideas yet? Or is it kinda TBD?
Since I've started using Musescore 3, my scores do not process on the website and I can't share them… Some say the bug has disappeared, but not for me. I use MuseScore's last version (or it does not find the updates). This is the score that can't process : https://musescore.com/user/20314396/scores/5539572
I'm relatively new to this software and I'm having difficulty creating an odd tuplet ratio in one of my bars.
I'm trying to input 20 notes in the space of 7 quarter notes (20:7 relation) in a 7/4 Bar, but for some reason I keep having trouble. Please help!
Trends in the modern world are moving towards simplification, acceleration and improvement. We add people as friends to Facebook, watch photos on Instagram, tweeting.
The community of MuseScore is very special. Here there are composers, and virtuosos, and beginners, who are just beginning to comprehend the world of sheet music. Our application lacked some part that could unite their interests.
In our new release, we add functionality that will give you the opportunity to stay in trend, find like-minded people with a common musical taste, and be aware of what is happening in the world of MuseScore.
The update consists of three parts.
The first is the Feed. This displays the most recently added scores of the composers you are following.
The second is the Notifications. We did not want to cause your frustration, so we placed them separately from the scores tab.
The third part is the Profiles. Now you can look at all the scores that this user added, and find like-minded people among those who subscribe to him.
I realize that the messaging (PM) is simply a beta version right now, so now is a great time to suggest the enabling of each user to delete conversations with other users. This would be especially useful when conversations become outdated, unwanted, or when the other person deletes their account. When a conversation is over, one should have the ability to choose whether or not to keep it around as useless clutter, also making other conversations slightly harder to keep track of. This would be the number one improvement for me right now as a regular user.
The first contest in this group. Yayyyyy!
So, here's the description:
1. The music has to be gloomy and sad (I have STD (just kidding) )
2. 4/4 time
3. No key signature
4. Instrument: Piano
The Winner will be announced everywhere possible!
