This is my first piece uploaded to musescore. Let me know what you guys think.
One says: "Hey you, the other day I gave a concert and had to play with someone, who had built a harp like you and me into a wooden box and knocked on it with felt hammers."
I have been working on completing this nocturne for the past couple of weeks. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I have enjoyed playing and writing it! Feedback is welcome as always (though I am pretty happy with it so I probably won't make any major changes :) )
This is my first phrase in my scherzo. I haven't uploaded it yet because I just have that one phrase. The eighth notes in the right hand and the focus on Bb at first, making it sound like it is in Bb major instead of F major, despite the E naturals makes the right hand, I think sound like a true scherzo, at least until the cadence lands on F. The left hand however, I think diminishes the scherzo quality because it is a simple quarter note bass line until the cadence is reached and there are 2 dotted quarters.
I am writing this scherzo as an isolated scherzo as you can probably tell from the title in the image being Scherzo in F. So how do I put the joke into the music? If you can't tell already, I kind of going with a Haydynesque approach to this scherzo, in other words, really making it sound like a joke instead of one of Beethoven's more serious sounding scherzos.
This is a harmony I made to try to express the sadness and euforia of the bipolar complex. I lived througth this and while tring to find a harmony to a minor song it came out like this. I'm not a good musician but this is what I can do so far! I know music is supposed to express beautifull things, but the ocilations in humor are also part of human nature.I basicaly played arround with major and minor. If you know other tecniques please tell me!
I have long realised that I have absolutely no patience at all in composing a full piece....and so, I have decided to give a shot at background music....but even so, it's still pretty damn short. I'm mostly worried about bar 8 and 9, whether or not the transfer is smooth enough.
That and to boost popularity :)
Whomever can create the full "Sintra" suite for jazz band, will receive my instant following. If you need an audio reference, look up the album "Sylva," by Snarky Puppy. If you can do it with all three songs, (Sintra, Flight, Atchafalaya,) you win. Share the score with me when you are completed. Good luck!
This is not just for piano, it's a piece called 'Snow on Gydo Pass'. Feedback valued, as usual.

What do you think abuout these two pieces? I'd like to receive some feedbacks, Thanks!
Hi everyone, since I've started to learn the piano I wanted to play this song right here below, but I couldn't find any sheets and I'm not good at making them. Can you guys have a check? It should be an easy composition, thanks a lot for whoever's gonna try it! Sorry for my English tho, hope I've been understandable.
I started work on my attempt at a contemporary trombone solo and right now the place holder name is Sonata because it is a Sonata but I want a cool name for it. If you have any ideas let me know. Thanks.
Im looking for a piece to play for my C ocarina (12 hole) Any suggestions?
I am Daniel Lee
Hi guys! I was just wondering if anyone would be able to check out my first composition and give me feedback. I'm really interested in music but don't want to make pieces that are unplayable or just sound off, so it feedback would be greatly appreciated. I self-teach myself piano and have been doing so for the past two years, so I'm not expert and really need some guidance. Its been up a while, but I just discovered this group.
