What are y'all favorite artists/songs?

I really really like Disney music in general. (don't judge even tho I'm a teen) XD. I also like Imagine Dragons and Twenty One Pilots. I don't really have a favorite song tho....... Also, help. I've been bored lately and do y'all have any cheesy/corny jokes? LOL. Follow me on ROBLOX: smartypants0926. I haven't been active lately cause my dad blocked Roblox sooo. But my friend is helping me earn money on certain games while I am gone. CYAAAAA LATer!!!

My second composition! :)

Well, that sure was quick.... my second piece... A study for classical/acoustic guitar, the instrument that i really play! Dont be fooled by the simple structure because it is hard, especialy to make a good fingering (probably gonna take some notes out to make it more simple and playable for guitar). Inspired by me i guess...? I just went with my flow and followed a great deal of advice from my first piece. Structure wise i feel it is obvious - A in D locrian (say whhaaaa)/pentatonic minor as well (in some parts) with a modulation to Bb major and a bridge to section B in D minor with a bridge to repeat the study until the coda. Sounds like a boos theme who went to brasil for carnival to me lol.... but idk...well enjoy! :)

Original Mallet Percussion Quartet/Quintet Pieces

Hey guys!
I joined this group a little while ago and forgot that I never posted a discussion, lol. I've been officially composing music for about four years now and I'm the principal percussionist of my high school. I've written a mallet quartet piece called "The Ticking Clock" which was accepted into a state composer's competition during my sophomore year; I went back later and wrote a follow up to that piece called "The End", which is a mallet quintet piece that has never been played before. Eventually, I'd like to write more of these mallet compositions and turn them into one conjoined piece or something! Let me know what you think!

Variation on a theme contest (Ended)

It is about the time of the anniversary of the death of my beloved grandfather. As I think I have not done enough deeds for him before he passed away, I would honour him with a contest. I would like you to make a variation on this theme by Schumann. I gave you historical background on the piece in the description of the work.

Have fun!

Winners will  have a follow from me and maybe have their piece placed in my upcoming Carnaval suite for solo piano.

The contest will end on 6 January (Happy birthday Scriabin!)

Good job to MadDuck for winning this contest!
