Does anyone want a piece of music for a certain instrument ?

Cause I honestly don't like em if there playing too loud and if playing by themselves I only like them in a whole band and playing quietly 

Hey fellow trombonists.
Many of you may not know this, but while you may play tenor or bass trombone there are tons of other types. So out of any style of trombone ever what would you put on your wish list. For me it's the Buccin, a trombone only ever used in France from 1810-1845 that has a Sousaphone like bell with a dragon's head on the end. The thing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Buccin_yeo_01.jpg) is one of the coolest looking instruments I've ever seen!
So what do you guys think?

I’m in school band and it is pretty challenging for me to play lower Bb for more than around 4-6 seconds(estimation). Any tips on how to play longer?

I've convinced my director to get my saxophone section new mouthpieces for jazz. I've been researching them for a while, but have not found good mouthpieces for a good price. Any recommendations? We have 2 altos, 2 tenors, and I play bari.

I feel like I'm disrespecting the art of Trombone by having valves, but then again, the music scores are quality so is it really wrong to be a Euphonium player on a Trombone page?

Hey, I'm a tenor trombone player and am having trouble going beyond middle C without sounding raspy and nasally. These notes are not outside of my range but I cant seem to play them right. Any tips or suggestions?

I'm a first chair in my middle school band but still i can't play as high as even my 2nd and 3rd chairs. How do I play notes above a high E, without cracking. It is legit impossible especially when I want to play a note 3+ ledger lines above the normal 5. PLZ HELP!!
