give me feedback and advice on my arrangements please
I have a song for a percussion chamber ensemble. I plan for it to be played live but need some opinions and advice on it first. Please comment and tell me what you think of the score and read the description to see what it's about. Please enjoy and I'll soon post a Expert-Level Mallet quartet.
Over the next year, Indiana Storm Productions will be putting a Indoor Winds group out and then in 2019 planning on fielding a Junior Open Class Corps. The plans are for 32 brass, 14 field percussion, 14 guard and 5+ pit. We will be needing a percussion arranger looking to make a mark upon the drum corps scene. Over the first 3 years, the corps will hopefully grow to full sized as finances and membership permit. If you are interested, please email me at email@example.com.
The organizational website is at http://indianastorm.net/. We are starting to pull our staff together early so that we may have time to discuss programmatic issues.
My name is Thomas, and I've been wanting to write battery parts for a marching band show, but it looks like there aren't any that I can find! Does anybody have a show that needs battery percussion that I can write for?
My new album "Rag Tales" is out now. You can find it on Spotify, ITunes, Apple Music, and Google Play among others. I got started right here on Musescore when I was invited to the ragtime players group. Please check it out. I think you will enjoy it. Thank you friends. Just search for " CJ Brandt" or "Rag Tales". Thanks again
Hi! I've been transcribing drum corps shows for a bit under a year now. I've always had a problem with transcribing percussion, however. I can somewhat manage to transcribe front ensemble parts sometimes, but I'm mostly lost with snare/tenor/bass parts. If anyone can help me transcribe parts for any of my shows, that'd be great! I'm looking for people who either play percussion and/or are experienced with writing/transcribing perc parts.
If you do send me percussion parts, I'll obviously credit you on the score.
The five shows I have that I'd like to have full percussion scores for at some point are:
Carolina Crown 2010 - A Second Chance
Carolina Crown 2015 - Inferno
Carolina Crown 2016 - Relentless
The Academy 2016 - Drum Corpse Bride
The Cadets 2016 - Awakening
All five scores are in my spotlight, if you'd like to view them. As a last note, I'm sure to transcribe more shows in the future, and I'd love help with those too.
Thanks! Leave a comment or send me a message if you're interested.

Ok, so I know that this is a marching band group and some of you are going to hate me for this, but I am legit desperate for help on a concert band arrangement.
I'm writing a piece for concert band (it's an eighth grade band, so the music isn't too complex). It's an arrangement of music from the album Adele 21.
We have 3 percussionists, and I only have 2 percussion parts written: xylophone and drumset (One of our percussionists has been playing drumset for a long time and I wanted to write a piece that could showcase that). I really need another percussion part, but as I've never played percussion, I am not exactly knowledgeable in this field. Does anyone have any tips for adding another percussion part in a concert band piece?
(Again, don't hate me for posting this on a marching band group)
I am writing a marching band show and i need an arranger to write quality pit and battery parts. Contact me if interested.
