I'm thinking about it so I decided to ask.
If Satan is the Father of All Lies, and everything he says is a lie, then if he says "I am lying." Is he lying that he's lying, and therefore telling the truth? But if he tells the truth, then the truth is that he is lying.
If God is omnipotent, can he create a stone so big that even he can't move it?
Swiss cheese has holes.
The more pieces of cheese you have, the more holes you have.
The more holes you have, the less cheese you have.
Thus, the more cheese you have, the less cheese you have.
What'd you think?
I love my recorder, but my friends laugh, and say that it isn't even an instrument. Is this true? Help me.
I am a beginner French horn and I am currently renting one from my school. The one I am renting is very beat up and scratched and I would like to get some suggestions for French horns in the range of 1k - 3k USD.
Give reasons why one is better than the other please. Don't actually argue, please. Just discuss. I have my own opinions on this topic.
(String rotors are the rotors that use strings tied and looped to connect to the rod pushed by the keys or trigger. Rod rotors are rotors that use the rod from the key or trigger to directly rotate the rotor from the outside.)

Hey guys, I'm a trumpet player who was also a self-taught horn player for a year. I haven't played in a while but I'm thinking of picking it up again. I know most beginners start off with a single F horn, and that's the route I plan on taking. For those of you who have switched from single to double F/Bb horn, was it difficult in terms of learning the new fingerings? I know they are very different, does anyone have any way to learn the new fingerings quickly? Thanks!
What is your opinion on this? When a kid is misbehaving, is spanking an appropriate response when no other methods work? Are there any better methods of making a child listen to you, or is this the most effective one?
After installing the recent version of musescore 3, when ever I open it it closes before I can do anything. Any solutions?
Our group's got a Tim Foust/Avi Kaplan-level bass singer, and we're trying to find some arrangements that give him some room to really shine. He can pretty easily hit E1's and up, and with a little effort can rumble down to I think F#0 was our last measure. But we're really just looking for something that goes lower than E/D2. If anybody has something it'd be great to possibly see it!
I found some sheet for violin of a arranger that is NOT in the internet (nowhere), but it is in the paper with me, i not sure if it has copyright. My doubt is:
If I put this sheet in the name of the arranger here, in the musescore, I will still violate arranger copyright?
I've recently been communicating with @Jaybird1 about the plans for this group. It's been great that so many people have stepped up and offered to help! So here's the game plan:
We have several roles available, because one person can't do it all.
A. a day-to-day moderator
B. a challenge creator
C. a judge
We want multiple people filling these roles: two to three moderators, one or two challenge creators, and six or seven judges. Please comment below if you want more info for a position. Note that even though we want many judges, applicants for a judge spot will be held to a high standard regarding qualifications. I will give more details to interested parties, and please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Jay is leaving for a choir tour shortly, so I'd like to have things well on hand with his return, maybe even be in a position to run a July challenge! Thanks!
I know this is a very busy time of year, but I thought I might introduce this competition now so you can brainstorm ideas. Like the previous admin contest, this contest involves writing. Two pictures are posted below and you must find a way to combine the two into a humorous story.
This contest is a little harder than the last one because the length of the story should be 1,000-1,500 words long. If it fails to meet the word count, it will be disqualified.
A link to the story in Google docs should be sent to my email: email@example.com
Here are the links to the photos that are to be used:
**The stories are due by Friday, June 28**
I can't wait to see your submissions! They should be I N T E R E S T I N G ... :P
