My first piano composition on which I added a little improvisation part. This is my first score; I made it to try and test the software. I promise you I will post more difficult scores very soon :-)
This piece is very hard to play respecting the keys, so you are allowed to play some notes in G clef with your left hand.

2 Short Preludes, sound great but look horrifying

Hello, I have been programming in Ableton, Reason and Auxy for years but I recently fell in love with everything piano. Wrote a few preludes and here's a couple of em. Trying to teach myself to read as well as compose proper notation (and play obviously) but my musical intuition is quite a few years ahead of my fingers.

Any feedback on the notation would be sweet!

(another) Solo composition

A song reflecting one's first love/crush. The person thinks it's unrequited but soon realises that the other person has feelings for them too. (Not based on a true story. Or is it...)

This is a very rough (finished) version of it and I'm working on polishing it. (The only reason I made this was because I couldn't sleep at 4 AM).

Any constructive feedback is more than welcomed. Enjoy! :)

Saxophone Investments

Hello! I've been playing Tenor Saxophone for 5 years now and I am curious about a good investment. I currently have an Allora Intermediate Series Tenor and I would like to have a more permanent investment saxophone.
Another topic I would like to know more about is a good Soprano Saxophone investment since if you don't buy a good one, repairs can get quite expensive!

Airy/thin bari tone on a new bari sax

So today, I just got my brand new bari :,). It was totally amazing but I found that the tone quality on the upper octave G to B sounded like they totally had an air leak. The sound just dipped in sound, and an audible leaky sound was coming though. I know there isn't really an issue with the rest of the bari but the notes sound so weak and undesirable. Any ways to fix this?

P.S: The octave mechanics seems to be fine, since the first octave closes shut when the other is activated and vice versa.

EDIT: When the air rushes out of the octave openings, it hits against the pads, making an airy, thin sound. I think this effect is similar to what happens when you whistle, but bring a finger close to the opening of your lips, making a weakened, airy sound. What do I do?

Please rate my music (thank you)

Imagine yourself standing by the sidewalk. The sky darkens and drops of rain start to fall. You are holding an umbrella, standing still, and quietly listening to the tune sung by the rain drops as they one by one kiss the ground. You are soaking but you still wish for the rain to last forever and for you to stand still and quietly listen to the melody that came from above for eternity.
