hey, so me and my friends want to put together something for our last ever concert but need some help. it needs to be based on film as that's the concert theme but we don't want to do something boring or typical.
(possibly guitar if possible but we can make something work otherwise)
any help would be much appreciated as the concert is in 10 days!! thank you :)
So who else is scared of the new level down-vote feature?
I would like to know your favorite game
Is there a way to turn off the score on the left side of the piano roll on orchestral scores?
There has been some concern about copyright infringement here lately and I thought of my song cycle which I recently embellished with photos of the poet (Emily Dickinson) that were taken in the 1860s. One such - https://musescore.com/user/29586932/scores/5611797
I now fear the possibility that someone "owns" these. Could this be possible?
If so, that is a problem. I recently tried to get permission from publisher to use words from an early 20th century poet and I never received a reply in 5 weeks. I would not even know how to find out who would have rights to these old photos, let alone expect a reply.
Do you have any knowledge of this?
Importantly, I would like to know if there is a problem, will I be forewarned or is my music just yanked out like an old molar?
I just started playing alto sax last week for a summer program and I think all in all it’s an easy instrument to start off on (maybe because I have been playing clarinet for 3 years). But I am still struggling with holding it. It’s very heavy and sometimes my thumb is swollen from holding it. My friend who has been playing alto sax for 4 years says my sax is bigger than hers. I’m sure its alto because my music teacher gave it to me and I can’t switch it out for a different one. Does anyone have any tips on how to hold the sax? Thxxx and I appreciate it- Flutinetist ^~^
My Guess the song score was reported for copyright infringement. There are plenty of songs in musescore like mine, I'm not sure why mine was the only one that was attacked, if it was. Did I use the wrong copyright thing when uploading? What did I do?
A week or two ago I asked about this. When I use the Nice Keys or Touhou soundfont and upload a score with that audio, when you listen through, repeats don't work. Here's some examples in my scores:
Here's one where I uploaded with and without the soundfont.
Without (Not broken):
Please help! :(
I have been working on the soundtrack for my friend's video game. These two pieces are the themes that will play behind the final battle (I know, I'm great at making creative names :-P). They both have the same innitial two minutes twenty-four seconds, but following this, their tones change completely. The first one (Final Battle) is lighter and a bit faster. I tried to build a bit of tension before the very end. The second one (Final Battle Dark) is much darker (hehe, get it?) I use slow and low brass, a viola, and we hear the tortured wailing sound that is the theme for the game's enemy: the wraiths. Hope you enjoy, and constructive feedback is always welcome, be it positive or negative.
Final Battle Dark
Well pride month is half way done and I was wondering what was everyone has been doing for pride?
Hi i am panzeuxul gisgender female, what 'bout you
I was wondering what the most common saxophone variant is, whether is be soprano, alto, tenor, or baritone. Can you tell me your type.
1. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
2. Splatoon 2
3. Paper Mario Wii
4.. Super Mario Galaxy
I'm planning to do another arrangement, but I'm having trouble deciding on a song... Any ideas?
I don't know why but i like the songs of Thomas more than the songs of Nick.
For example the tracklist of their albung "Invincible":
1. "Freedom Fighters" Thomas J. Bergersen
2. "Heart of Courage" Thomas J. Bergersen
3. "Master of Shadows" Nick Phoenix
4. "Moving Mountains" Thomas J. Bergersen
5. "Am I Not Human?" Nick Phoenix
6. "Enigmatic Soul" Thomas J. Bergersen
7. "Fire Nation" Nick Phoenix
8. "Black Blade" Thomas J. Bergersen
9. "Super Strength" Nick Phoenix
10. "Invincible" Thomas J. Bergersen
11. "False King" Thomas J. Bergersen, Nick Phoenix
12. "Hypnotica" Thomas J. Bergersen
13. "Fill My Heart" Nick Phoenix
14. "Protectors of the Earth" Thomas J. Bergersen
15. "Velocitron" Nick Phoenix
16. "Undying Love" Thomas J. Bergersen
17. "1000 Ships of the Underworld" Nick Phoenix
18. "Tristan" Thomas J. Bergersen
19. "Breath of Ran Gor" Nick Phoenix
20. "Infinite Legends" Nick Phoenix
21. "To Glory" Thomas J. Bergersen
22. "After the Fall" Nick Phoenix
Nearly every song I like is from Thomas and only two songs are from Nick...
What about you?
I am currently doing some arrangments (for piano solo) for Two Step From Hell songs. And because I don't know which one to do after Victory, I'd like to know if there's some you'd want.
