This is a brass quintet I wrote. I would love feedback and advice on things I could do better. Thank you.
Got ya attention now eh?!
I'll keep it short and sweet: I orchestrated a waltz here, and spent a lot of time on it. Feel free to take a look at it :) https://musescore.com/user/31989152/scores/5899962
A remake of Desert Outbreak, a score I composed some time ago. I incorporated a lot more instruments this around and made some other changes. https://musescore.com/user/31293714/scores/5898621
Let me know what you think.
Two days ago my Band Director has annoced that Solo and Ensemble Season has begun and we need to find groups. I’ve found my group, and it consist of 2 Trumpets, 2 Trombones and 1 Tuba. I’ve been searching everywhere for a piece that has the instruments we play, is there anyone who has composed/transcomposed a Solo and Ensemble Quintet like ours? Or recommend a piece that we can play/perform? btw: we are in the Wind Symphony Band in our high school.
check out my score for string quartet

This is Vash Hartman's alternate account because google hates me.
Hi! I seem to recall there used to be a way to specify/choose various muted brass timbres, but I'm having trouble relocating that info: am I misremembering? (My present need is for an F-horn "con sordino," but I'd appreciate the general knowledge of either how to or where to find such timbre mods.) Thanks!
I arranged another piece from Morse. Check it out, let me know what you think. Chances are, if you comment on mine, I'll take a look at yours. https://musescore.com/user/31989152/scores/5882300
Hi there composers,
This is a song without words for Trumpet, and my first attempt with that instrument. I'd be thrilled for your feedback. Thanks! - J
Hello Fellow Brass Musicians,
I have been playing trumpet for a while now. My range goes all the way to double C and a Double B flat(Meaning a good tone on B Flat). As my range goes up, I noticed that my resistance is not as good (I loose my chops faster, and can only practice my music for an hour before I have to stop) I have tried loosening up and using more air to hit high notes but it still doesn't work. If any of you could help, I would appreciate it so much!
Ok, so I finally finished Rain and I would really appreciate your opinion and some advices.
Thanks a lot ;D
I've got a new concept I've finished drawing up, and I'm wondering if anyone's willing to give some feedback to help it improve. That's it, thanks :)
