Waltz progress, want feedback

So I have uploaded my Waltz in D here. It is quite unfinished. I don't even have the B section started yet. But I am thinking of using the F# at the end of the A section to modulate to another key for the B section. Here are the options I see:

B minor
F# minor
G major
A major

I can't seem to decide which of these 4 keys to go to which is why I'm asking for feedback on it.

But I wouldn't mind feedback on the harmony and melody as well.

Electric Violin Duet

Hi everyone! This summer I will be competing in a show with a friend of mine and we will both be playing electric violin. We want to play a pop song but it has to be somewhat complicated. I would REALLY appreciate any song suggestions and/or sheet music. Thank y'all so much!

Impromptu in C minor, how to actually finish it?

So I feel very creative in the key of C minor. For something like an impromptu or a symphony, that is great. But at the same time C minor feels intimidating. C minor, out of all the keys is where my music tends to go all Beethoven. In other words, I tend to have sudden dynamic changes, sudden tempo changes, every aspect of Beethoven's style in my C minor pieces. And this makes me nervous that if I finish a piece in C minor, there is going to be someone comparing me to Beethoven in a not so great way. At the same time though, I also get the feeling that I just don't know when to stop.

No matter how many cadences I have or how many measures I have written, I seriously don't know where to stop in a C minor piece. There are so many things I can do in C minor that I typically don't do in any other key. For example having bVII going to I, in the case of C minor that would be Bb going to Cm. I also feel like the Bb note is critical for the minor feeling of C minor. Without it, it feels too much like C major for me to think of it as really being C minor and I instead think of it as a transition to C major.

So how can I overcome this nervousness related to Beethoven's style showing up in my C minor pieces and how can I actually finish a piece when it feels like so much more could be done in the key of C minor?
