How to write masterpiece music to a novice composer? Very strange tips from Francis John Landengraabb
1 tip) Do you want a banana? Masyana's sentence sounds more relevant than ever if you are a composer. Eat a banana, or make a banana smoothie - it is absorbed by the body more quickly, but if you are too lazy, then a regular banana will give you inspiration in half an hour. And why? This fact has also been proven scientifically, bananas contain some kind of unimaginable combination of the right bioflavonoids, thanks to which there are forces for everything, including creative work. It is best to cook a banana shake, it is faster and easier absorbed by the body. But, if there is no desire or opportunity, you can eat like that. Valid in 20-30 minutes. If you add a cup of coffee to a banana, the effect will be even more awesome.
2) Shampoo. Usual. It's hard to believe, but damn, that's a fact! How many times, by the way, I had to check myself later when this source was told. You can not believe a damn thing that even the thinnest layer of dirt on the skin of the head interferes with the “connection with the cosmos”, but you really should go wash your head, as it definitely begins to lighten! By the way, the upside down pose during bath procedures will help improve the effect. Blood rushes to the brain, and, interestingly, just the first brilliant thoughts begin to come right during the bath!

Grieg PC #3 Solo Intro Arrangement: Opinion Poll

I arranged the flute/clarinet intro to the solo part of the Grieg Piano Concerto, 3rd movement as a solo piano intro.  In it, I put grace notes in the 2nd and 3rd measures.  I am itching to take them out.  Should I leave them in or take them out?  I think that taking them out adds a nice dimension to the actual solo part when the piano "introduces" them in its 2nd and 3rd measures (in this score, measures 25 and 26).  What do you think?
