Hey guys there this song I’ve been listening to and I love it and I was wondering if anyone can make it for a string quartet (2 violins, one viola, and one cello) it’s called baba yetu.
Hey everyone :)
I'm a college senior music major and I'm composing a choral piece for my senior final project! I'm going to have a group of singers performing it. It's a work in progress so I'd appreciate any comments, critiques, etc!
This is the biggest project of my college career, so I want it to be awesome. Thanks!
Any advice? I'd like to know more about my transitions, and maybe how to get a better soundfont for the tremolos. Thanks!
Second movement of The raven suite..
Key: Bb major
Form: Sonata Form
Key: F minor
Form: Not decided on yet but I'm leaning towards ternary form
Key: Not decided on
Aspect: Battle again
Form: Scherzo and Trio
Key: Bb major
Form: Sonata-Rondo Form
The first movement is what I have flushed out the most out of all the movements so far in my plans so obviously, that will be the part I work on first. But I'm wondering, since I can't really afford a Pro membership(maybe a few years down the line I will be able to afford it but I can't currently), should I make a separate account to put my symphony score on once it is finished? And if so, should that account be just for my symphonies if I happen to want to compose more than 1 symphony?
Welcome to the new Vocal Music group. Please starting adding scores so we can listen and have a lot of fun!
Hey Everyone! I totally agree with the mission statement here. But I want to point out that vocal and choral music is different. I've started my own group, Vocal Music, to show off vocal solos rather than the choral music shown here. I'd love for any and everyone to join my group. I don't mean to steal anyone from this group, please stay here and contribute here, but I have a new group for vocal solos rather than choral music.
I will say mine if someone says my fav.
create lyrics then say the notes and I well make 2 a score.
