Getting chord symbol playback, manually

Lead sheets are of course disappointing to listen to in MuseScore because there is no built-in facility for generating accompaniment based on the chord symbols.  Programs like Impro-Visor, iReal Pro, and others excel at this, and maybe some day MuseScore will have this ability.  Meanwhile, I have created a resource you might find useful.  It's a "cheat sheet" score with typical jazz piano voicings (as well as more generic voicings for folk/pop etc) for a wider variety of chords.  Just add a piano part to your lead sheet (using Edit / Instruments), copy and paste from the "cheat sheet" to the piano, then mark the piano invisible (also in Edit / Instruments).

Here is the "cheat sheet":

Notable Suggestion- Respite by David Reeves

I'm in one of the first ensembles to play the piece, and if you can get your hands on it, you need to play it. It's a very Clarinet-heavy work, with an Oboe Solo (Clarinets play a second, hidden part, so I don't know if it's a solo), A trumpet solo, a Flute solo, and a Sax Quartet. Music for a gentler time indeed...

It might not be released yet, just look for the Clinton High School Wind Ensemble's performance of it in March. It may be released, I don't know. Just keep a look out.

"The Wanderer" Alto Sax Solo - Dion

This is my first posted question, so I apoligize if it is not presented properly. Three years ago,  I began teaching myself the alto saxophone. Now that I am 63 and playing easy old melodies on my cabin porch, There is one solo I cannot seem to find anywhere. The "Wanderer" by Dion & the Belmonts. I learned that it did exsist at one time as a solo for the alto sax. Does anyone know where I can find the sheet music. It is widely available for the tenor sax, but not the alto. I am not that proficiant to change the notes from tenor to alto. Thanks for your time, old chef.
