Hi! I seem to recall there used to be a way to specify/choose various muted brass timbres, but I'm having trouble relocating that info: am I misremembering? (My present need is for an F-horn "con sordino," but I'd appreciate the general knowledge of either how to or where to find such timbre mods.) Thanks!
I just arranged a version of Bach's Cello Suite no. 1 Prelude.
Could really use any opinions!

I arranged another piece from Morse. Check it out, let me know what you think. Chances are, if you comment on mine, I'll take a look at yours. https://musescore.com/user/31989152/scores/5882300

Hi there composers,
This is a song without words for Trumpet, and my first attempt with that instrument. I'd be thrilled for your feedback. Thanks! - J

Hey Trumpets,
This one is for all beginning to intermediate trumpets. Due to my chosen sport season being over, I have more time to help new players. I can do anything from quick messages to some private call lessons. These are all free but the lessons would have to be planned a week in advance.
If you are interested, let me know! You can message me on MuseScore or use one of the methods below

Hello Fellow Brass Musicians,
I have been playing trumpet for a while now. My range goes all the way to double C and a Double B flat(Meaning a good tone on B Flat). As my range goes up, I noticed that my resistance is not as good (I loose my chops faster, and can only practice my music for an hour before I have to stop) I have tried loosening up and using more air to hit high notes but it still doesn't work. If any of you could help, I would appreciate it so much!
Thanks!

Hello! I am a cellist & I have been arranging pieces into duet & trio form, both for use in ensemble performances as well as for students to play with me in their lessons. I am going to upload a couple of Christmas tunes to see how they work for you. These are easily transposed into viola - cello duets & generally work very well (though you may have minor adjustments on notes that go below the normal instrument range).
Carol of the Bells
Il Est Ne - cello duet
Wassail Songs ( Here We Come a-Wassailing / Wassail, Wassail)
White Christmas
I've got a new concept I've finished drawing up, and I'm wondering if anyone's willing to give some feedback to help it improve. That's it, thanks :)
