TYSM
A string quartet piece written by a pianist
I've never touched a violin, viola or a cello, let alone played one. However, there are some emotions that can only be conveyed through their sound. That's why I made this piece.
It is a tribute to my deceased grandfather and was made on the same day of his death. Hope you enjoy it.

what?
hey, what's going on? except for Mozart Forever (yay!), no one wants to post to this group? did the bananas all turn brown?
anyone have ideas on how to improve the group?
who is chinadoll?
Some folks have wanted to know, "who is chinadoll?" These one or two folks are musescore members with an abundance of free time and curiosity about trivial issues that have nothing to do with music composition. That said (written), let us (me, this is confusing) be clear, they are very nice people and chinadoll is deeply touched (in the head, most likely) by their interest. So here goes.
Chinadoll has beautiful glossy golden brown hair, large soft eyes, a very quiet shy disposition along with an exceptionally sweet and gentle nature. Chinadoll loves loves fresh fruit (especially bananas) and vegetables. Yes, chinadoll is a Syrian Hamster with a bit of a talent for composing music. Late at night when everyone is asleep, chinadoll will tap out the notes on the home computer using her little paws. She loves attention and lots of gentle petting (especially if you give her a treat).

vous en pensez quoi ?
Done. Many thanks to all to comments to the half-finished version

This piece is written to memorise my university days (almost exactly 10 years ago I was enrolled), in which I used half a theme from the university anthem.
The half finished status made me stressed, and influenced my lab works and my thesis writing. Thus, I just used all my spare time to finish it ASAP.
I am not very satisfied with connection between different parts, especially that between parts D2-D3-E. Ideas are welcomed, and I will try to modify it when I recovered from the current mood.
Little suite for clarinet solo
Piccola suite Op. 18 per clarinetto solo: Preludio, Allemanda, Sarabanda e Giga. It was written in 1999. I revised and edited this week. Thank you for listening.

My first string arrangement!
Up until this arrangement, I've only ever arranged for a capella and general choral settings, but I fell in love with the intro to "2009" and just had to arrange it. Please give me feedback and enjoy!

Christmas music for student group
I'm looking for simple (but not dumb!) arrangements for a group of traditional players of all ages and a range of skills. We are mostly a fiddle group, with 10 -12 fiddles, a couple of banjos, a piano and 1-2 guitars. We range in age from 10 to 85! I've been combing the internet and I've found a couple of things right here in musescore that look more interesting than the standard fare. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone.
