For the piano virtuoso writers! I need help finishing this project

I'm currently doing a collection of pieces in all 24 keys, for piano solo. I need help completing the set, so I'd appreciate it if you'd help out composing a short (less than or around 4 minutes) in G# minor (for now). The only criteria it must fulfill in order for it to be considered in the project is that the style of the piece must be different from the rest. Example: the piece in F major is written in a waltz, the one in Eb major is written 4/4 against 3/4, C minor has a Prokofiev (I think) feel to it, F minor is written in jazz, etc. Also, it must show some form of virtuoso/impressionism (whichever you are aiming for). I am interested in the dances forms (tango, marzuka, minuet, sarabande...), but anything goes for now. Credits will be given for the piece if it makes it in, as well as a favourite and a follow, very well deserving.

Here's the piece: https://musescore.com/user/151230/scores/5162921

PS: I might reject some pieces if I find the piece unsuitable for the project, I'll also include critique/reasons for the said decision. Love to hear from you guys!

How to roll the Boogie?

I'm FarrierPete, 62 years of age, MuseScore user since 3 years 26 weeks. (Now on MS 2.02) As I'm new to this group: Nice to meet you.
.
Maybe, you like Old Time Jazz, esp. the Boogie, and try to replicate it on your MIDI-Keyboard or on Fluid Synth with MuseScore? Let's talk about your experience, and what your teacher - if you have any - told you about that. Some hints on "How to" and some links to listen to will be welcome, of course.

To start some discussion:
.
I'm a nearly complete self taught amateur (or dilettante?) on a 61-Key-MIDI-Keyboard (as that "Steinway&Sons Grand" was too expensive B^)...) Touch sensitive keys, capable of General MIDI. As Musician, I learned reading scores and playin' recorder 55 years ago (at school), learned pickin' Guitar, mostly (german + celtic) Folk, Folk-Rock, Country & Delta-Blues (all by myself, too), I still play the guitar, but in the last 20 years, a MIDI Keyboard joined my computer(s) as input / output device. I still want to learn more...

There are eight Boogies in one score... As I still am a simple "free" user (no "pro"), I have to "pile" them into one score.
.
Tell me, what you think, and what could be done better.

Writing a Piano Concerto

Hello; I am currently trying to write a fourth piano concerto (which will be the first uploaded here), but I am having somewhat of trouble in several areas... I have written several fragments of it, but cannot get any coherency or particular interest. I am increasingly busy, and so I offer the fragments I've written to whomsoever wishes to use them to write their own concerto with my beginnings.

If you wish to use anything there, you may... I haven't got the energy to finish it...

Great Piano Group for Composition Competitions!

There are many good ones out there...
But they do not have competitions very often.
You have constraints and rules you have to follow. Sometimes it is as easy as writing a dissonant Minuet, sometimes it might be as challenging (for some people) as writing a Fugue. So come on! Enter your first competition! The winner (whoever recieves the most votes) will be moderator/co administer to the group until the winner of the second competition wins! Hurry! Deadline is August 8!
