I'm planning on auditioning for a fine arts high-school for 10th grade, and I wondering what you guys recommend for audition pieces. I need two pieces, one contemporary and one classical.
I would say I am mid-to-late intermediate, and am in Suzuki book 3 currently.
I need two solo pieces, without an accompaniment.
Thanks in advance,
Vina (literal mochi)
Hello, I am currently working on writing a show for drum corps based on the music from the Metroid series. I would love for you to check it out at
Feel free to leave feedback or just say which part is your favorite.Since this show is still under production, if you have a favorite track from the series, let me know and I can try to incorporate it.
Hello, i just finished my small composition for string quintet (with pizz double bass). The first part is based on an theme by Jehan Alain (on organ, taken by ear) who was a composer and organist. He died in WWII. He is one of my favourite composers. The second par is in post romantic style. The name "la lettre" refers to a secret handwritten letter that could appear in an imaginary movie :
Thanks for listening and commenting.
I am working on my schools Cadence and I need help with finishing out the battery parts since I am at a complete stump. I will very much appreciate it if you all gave me some advice. https://musescore.com/user/30833944/scores/5509381
That's a fun word, isn't it?
If your ears were mouths, this would be the deliciously butter upon the musical toast that they'd gobble up on a snowy winter morning. Look at it, enjoy it, please don't print it and place it in your ear, that's not how ears work.
Here is a small composition for two cellos. It is quite fun and I like it well.
Tell me what you think about it !
Hi! This piece is the first ever piece I've ever written :D. It's very short as this is only the first movement (lol I'm still thinking on adding 1 more or 2 more movements to this piece...). And lol I know the melody is so boring but just bare with it XD. Please give some feedback, and any criticism is welcome. I'm learning a lot from the MuseScore community, so leaving a comment would definitely help me learn some skills when composing. I'm just a beginner who never compose ensemble pieces more than 4 parts before... lol >.< haha thanks for reading this! Have a good day!
I'm starting a new set of oboe studies !
I will make them in a way that they will be playadle by violin.
