I was wondering if there was a way to change the "invisible" color. By default it is gray, but i'd like to change it. Is it possible ?
PS : I'm on musescore 3
Still struggeling with MuseScore 3.0.1 (OS: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.1., revision: github-musescore-musescore-06a66a2)
This time it's to do with measure numbers. When inserting one 2/4-measure in a 4/4 piece, the numbers go wrong. In the status-bar at the bottom it reads that the bar after the 2/4 bar, has a starting count at the third count (sorry, I have a dutch install so all is in dutch, not familiair with all the lingo in English).
I'll try to attach some screendumps.
Feel free to tell us anything within reason about yourself so we can get to know you better.
Hey brass players, I'm just trying to get my name out there, so go check out Darth Mauldin on youtube, link here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyt1_lzcezGK3RXhIPZyR9Q
Please leave a post in this discussion for any kind of feedback.
To all those who play the flute, what exactly do we call ourselves? Like people who play the clarinet are clarinetists, people who play percussion are percussionists, but what are we? Flutists? Flautists? Floutisits? Flutation devices?
My friend (Jaybird1) is having difficulty being able to do anything on MuseScore such as: responding to a comment, clicking links, and can't access his profile. (I speak for him because he can't comment here and has contacted me for help). Thanks!
Hey, so when I search on musescore on a mobile device, the website will crash sometimes (searching calm 1 crashes the website for me). Anyone know how to solve this?
Good Morning or Good Night depending on what time zone you are in! I am new here and I uploaded a piece of mine from 2018. It was written originally on Finale and since I don't have access to Finale anymore, I found this to be a great way to share music. I wanted to leave my piece, Meraki, here for anyone to look at and would love to hear anyone's thoughts on it. Thank you!
I'm getting the good ol' braces soon. Is it hard to play the tbone with them?
Today marks the release of MuseScore Piano Roll. Piano Roll is a popular and convenient method to display piano notation in a way that not only simplifies learning a new piece for novice musicians who lack a teacher, it also beautifully visualizes each score.
(Video captured from https://musescore.com/classicman/scores/33715 )
Give it a try by simply clicking on the Piano Roll icon now available on all solo piano scores. Be sure to tell us what you think in Improving MuseScore.com!
All of these improvements are designed to not only make MuseScore.com the most valuable resource online for sharing and discovering great musical works but for learning them as well.
We hope you’ll be as excited about this new feature as we were to create it for you, and as always we look forward to your feedback.
This is just the first of an exciting series of updates and releases for MuseScore PianoRoll; we're already hard at work on improving the experience!
I loved the anime, decided to make a piano arrangement after seeing a synthesia on youtube. (It's basically original, the synthesia just helped me balance the voices.)
Check it out!
WE JUST NEED 11 MEMBERS LEFT!!!!
I realize that since piano isn't exactly my primary instrument I don't exactly know what's playable or not. I was trying to practice the music and when I got to measure 9, I felt like I had to put my left hand in really uncomfortable positions for the rest of the piece. So, is it actually something that's good for playing or will I have to rearrange the intervals?
I have a "tryout" for my high school band class that I am going into in June, and I would like to know if any of you have a recommendation on a jazz tune for me to play. Keep in mind that this "tryout" is only for the band director to see where I am at on the alto saxophone.
Jay and me are dying to get this group moving officially into it's competitive run!!! Spread the word to all your groups so that we can get enough members to get this party started!! Just copy the link, and create a quick discussion in your groups!
Other then money of course?
who has perfect pitch and how did you acquire it?
Right, so I'm just starting off on trombone. I've never played a brass instrument before this, just woodwinds and strings.
