A short and sweet little prelude very befitting of summer. This is the piece I played for our local spring concert and the audience loved it. :) I think this piece is technically harder than it seems, to get voicing, even chords and tone quality right, each finger needs to be used with care. The prelude is from Scriabin's early period, yet, it is mature and different. The first theme/subject has an improvisatory manner, which is always complimented by the chorale like second theme/section. I always get goosebumps towards the end, just listen to all of those voices! Scriabin=heaven
