Embedded MuseScore player has lost the full-screen icon and F shortcut

Sorry, but the latest iteration of the MuseScore embedded player does not take any account of users who display a miniature "thumbnail" of the player.  A small player is useful to show links to multiple scores on a single web page.

The previous player had a clear "square" icon to make the score full-screen. But now the F shortcut has been disabled,  and the "square" icon has disappeared. So the full-screen option is only accessible through the 3-dots menu - an extra unnecessary step.

How is an end-user to access full screen viewing when the iframe is defined with "height=60"?  See example HTML page here:

Thanks for any help.

New Piano Roll Feature on the musescore.com

Today marks the release of MuseScore Piano Roll. Piano Roll is a popular and convenient method to display piano notation in a way that not only simplifies learning a new piece for novice musicians who lack a teacher, it also beautifully visualizes each score.

(Video captured from https://musescore.com/classicman/scores/33715 )

Give it a try by simply clicking on the Piano Roll icon now available on all solo piano scores. Be sure to tell us what you think in Improving MuseScore.com!

All of these improvements are designed to not only make MuseScore.com the most valuable resource online for sharing and discovering great musical works but for learning them as well.

We hope you’ll be as excited about this new feature as we were to create it for you, and as always we look forward to your feedback.

This is just the first of an exciting series of updates and releases for MuseScore PianoRoll; we're already hard at work on improving the experience!

Zoom in Chord Symbols in Songbook Section

Also in the newest release of the Musescore App (2.2.6, updated 25.3.2019) for Android the Chord Symbols are not zoomed in with the rest of the notation. With higher Zoom level they get so small that it is very hard to read while playing.
I use this mode mainly for playing with my Sax with simple 1 to 3 line songs with chords to improvise on the chords on my Huawai Tablet.
This problem does not depend on Android release nor on Hardware provider.

Socks?

When I get up I wear socks. I don’t know how people can walk around their house without wearing socks...my feet get cold and little crumbs stick bleh I need my socks!!! Does any else wear socks daily?

MuseScore Viewing Online

Whenever I go to listen to scores online with my iPad or iPhone, the viewing is super buggy. Two examples are:

1. At a certain point in the piece, the playback will just stop, and won’t continue with the piece.
2. If I try to click on a different measure to listen to, it just goes back to the beginning and not to that measure.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello People!

Hello! My name is Caroline and I'm new here. Some things about me:

My favorite singer is David Bowie
My favorite bands are Queen and Guns n' Roses
My favorite dancer is Michael Jackson
I love cats :3
I only listen to Rock music from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. The only pop I like is Michael Jackson (and a little Prince). Modern Pop sucks :P
I'm self taught in piano and I'm teaching myself guitar (I'm open to any and all tips!!)

Also I want to be able to write my own music, but I just can't do it! Does any one have any tips about how I can learn to compose my own stuff?

Rules of Composing?

Hi guys, I'm kind of new to MuseScore.

I'm a self-taught pianist (I've only had, like, two piano lessons, and hated them). I play by ear, though I can read music a bit. I've been playing for about four years, since I was 10.

I love just writing tunes that sound nice for fun, but are there any "rules" to stick to when composing music?

Upload of some MuseScore V3 scores still doesn't work

This problem has existed for several months now, I wonder if it will ever get fixed?

I believe the problem is limited to MS V3 scores. I now have several scores which after upload are being processed for a very log time and eventually the link to the score will result in a "Page not found" message.
I've tried to export one of the scores to MusicXML and import it in MuseScore V2.
When uploaded the MS V2 version of the score is processed as expected and available. This is not a feasible workaround as quite some layout adjustments would need to be applied.
