So, I was listening to this song and thought to myself, "What if a symphony orchestra did a cover of this song?" It struck me that this song could be done very well by a symphony. I dodged around the idea of arranging it myself, then finally I was like, "What the heck. Why not?"

Sooooooo...Here it is! My first symphony piece! Due to the fact that I have virtually NO experience with a symphony, some viewers may find this arrangement...interesting. Feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Additionally, I have not completed this song. I still have to put in rehearsal letters, lyrics for the choir, and fix a few rough spots. Sorry for the inconvenience. I was under pressure from quite a few people to finish this song, and I ended up having to put it together rather quickly. Sorry!!

UPDATE:
I added lyrics for the choir, and increased the volume of the soloist to make it easier to hear.

An A Capella arrangement of the song 'Gone, Gone, Gone' by Phillip Phillips. This is a piece that has so much energy, and I feel that my arrangement of it correctly captures and harnesses that energy.

This is one of my favorite songs (that's probably why I'm arranging it again...haha). I know I already did an A Cappella Arrangement of this piece, but the energy and excitement is much better captured with a full orchestra.

At first, I didn't think this song would work with a symphony orchestra. The feel of this song a very "pop" feel, and it is quite difficult to recreate the soul of this song. Yet, I worked at it for a while, and here it is.

Please do not perform this song. Do not take, share, or post this audio or sheet music anywhere else. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

When We Were Young (Adele) [Duet]

Oboe(2), Piano
Vocal duet with piano accompaniment of When We Were Young by Adele.

This vocal duet of Adele's popular song When We Were Young is a perfect addition to any talent show or open mic night. Put two of your most soulful, emotional singers to the task of singing this piece, and audience members will be blown away! Or just have some fun jamming out around the piano with this emotion-filled tune!

I arranged this for two of my fellow choir members towards the end senior year in high school, but they didn't end up actually using it, so it was just abandoned. I found it again while messing around one day and decided to edit it up and go ahead and publish it!
