dubbelgamer • Nov 29, 2015 Mine is definitely Symphony No. 9 Comments verits99 I like Symphony No. 6. Cocoroco The Eroica is certainly my favorite piece of his music, along with the Pathetique and Waldstein sonatas. Gregory Borton I would have to go for Erocia, and on top of that- all of his vocal works are sublime. Dekkadeci I'm generally a fan of fast music in general, and Beethoven's got a lot of fast music (and a lot of slow music). I probably rotate between several of my favourite Beethoven pieces, so it's tough to list them all. I think late Beethoven is relatively underappreciated, though. With that being said, the Beethoven work that I've cited the most as an influence (so far) is his Appassionata sonata (mainly the first and third movements), and I've recently made a heavy metal remix of his Piano Sonata No. 30, Op. 109, Movement 2. As for my favourite symphonies--my favourite is his Seventh Symphony because all 4 movements are lively (enough) and I still remember them all. I still remember all 4 movements of his Fifth Symphony, although my memory is getting fuzzy on his Sixth Symphony. The only movement of the Ninth Symphony that's among my favourites is the second movement. MusicMan_1 I think that this is impossible to choose one piece of Beethoven that better from all his pieces. Because each piece has other "colour" and is special touch ( I mean- every piece is different from all the rest). But I agree that there are pieces that Beethoven more Succeeded with them, mostly in the technic point: with the harmony, the Transitions, the Timing and orchestration and etc. post Scriptum: sorry if I write this in a wrong English. .
