Woodwind Quintet

Here's a real piece for once, albeit a short one. Each instrument has a unique part:

Flute: soprano
Oboe: alto
Clarinet: tenor
Bassoon: bass-ish
Horn I, III: pretty randomly placed quarter notes
Horn II, IV: root

I would really appreciate hearing what you think about this. Thanks!

So, this is probably my most complex piece yet, even though its only 4 minutes long...
It's super hard, and really harmonically interesting because it was written almost entirely by hand; bass lines or melodies were all written by hand. There are probably 3 pieces within here and maybe I'll expand on them one day.

School is so unbelievably detrimental to my well-being that within 3 days of being back, I'm already completely numb to everything and am starting to care less and less about music and everything in general. I've already given up on most of my classes.

Maybe this piece shows that... I dunno, I honestly don't even care at this point.

*cue depression*
*confetti blast*
Try to enjoy it?

These pieces are put in order of date composed. It shows how my style changed in this half a year. I will post more work here later.
1. Fughetta: A 2 voiced fugue. My first completed work.
2. Malinconia: Inspired by Tarrega's Lagrima.
3. Sonatina: Homage to Mozart with a reference to Liszt's Requiem in the middle section.
4. Tarantella: A more recent work.
5. March: An experiment on tone clusters.
6. Humoresque: Very brutal.
7. Caprice: Sounds like mosquitoes.

Some Nights (Feat. Benjamin Bye)

Soprano Saxophone, Alto Saxophone(2), Tenor Saxophone, Baritone Saxophone, Piano, Percussion, Sound effects
I've been meaning to put out this one for a while...I worked on "Some Nights" back in July when I was done with "We Are Young" (Link Below) and I never got that inspiration to continue until two things. 1. Benjamin Bye's instrumental score (Link below) and 2. Listening to the Intro to this song. Both gave me the creative mindset to complete this score. I used elements from pieces of mine like "Somebody to Love" and "Bohemian Rhapsody" so it can have a choir-like effect. (This can be played without the Piano and Drumset and it will still sound nice) I worked REALLY hard on this piece and I hope you comment if I did justice to this song or not. Happy Super Bowl Sunday and remember to stay saxy. 😎🎷

I can't thank Benjamin enough for his sick instrumental for this song. 🤘 Check it out at this like here!:

Story of Mind from My Love Story!! (Ore Monogatari!!)
This piece as well as what I deemed the "Love Theme" (Itsumo Tonari De) really caught my attention and I felt the need to transcribe them once I saw nobody had done it yet. Enjoy!

Scherzo sarcastique

This piece was inspired by Prokofiev's Scherzo op 12 no 10. It is meant to be a fun and difficult etude instead of a serious musical piece.

Rightfully the opening song from the anime Goblin Slayer. This tune is an absolute banger in the second half and the opening is great. Pretty epic piece overall.

The custom audio is glitched out for me right now, so the timing is slightly off and I cannot fix it.
