musical chairs at Laugh Silly

hope it is ok to advertise my group since we are having a competition similar to what you folks have been doing over here. The description and link are below. We would be happy if you would join us. Hopefully, we can also post to your group if you all are still active.
Thanks

someone will start a composition with maybe 5-10 bars and then another person will continue it for another 5-10 measures, and then the next person and so on until the game will unexpectedly end (the music stops, in other words) and the last one to enter when the music stops (as determined randomly by the one running the competition) wins.
any takers or anyone want to start a piece?

The NEW Third Corpse

Alright, so we've been inactive for some time now, but I just found an old piece that we can probably spruce up quite a bit. Just for good measure, I'm going to put up the rules again. Also there will be a running queue at the bottom of this discussion.

RULES
- reserve a spot by commenting that you want to contribute
- when your turn comes, download the latest version of the score, which will be linked to here and/or added to the group.
- write around 16 measures-ish, but I'm not gonna complain if you write a few more. If you feel the need to write a whole lot, either ask permission from an admin, or just get in the back of the line again
- yes you can write more than once, just get back in line, let other people go too, I'm sure you get it.
- don't change what somebody else wrote, unless it's their last measure, in which case you can add to it to segway into your content.
- you may also add instruments, but again, don't remove any if people are using them.
- add your name or username to the list of composers on page 1
- when you finish your segment, upload it and add it to the group. make sure everyone knows that you're done with that part so that the next person in line can start.

The Second Corpse

Too soon? :P

I'll let L7da handle it from here. I'm not very good at managing things, I just make music. :P
This one is in A major, the key of snow for me.

From the last corpse:

Do:
- Save a spot
- Add to the latest edition of the song
- Add as many instruments as you like/need
- Use as many or as little amounts of instruments as you want
- Write at least 16 measures of music
- Be as creative as you like. If that means every note has it's own articulation, great. If that means there are no markings other than notes anywhere, also great.
- Add your name/username (take your pick) to the spot for the composer name
- Write as fast as you can without being sloppy, just so others get a chance to write too. Basically, don't reserve a spot then forget about it, making everyone wait
- Change tempo, time signature, key signature, etc. Do whatever you want. As long as you

Do not
- Take off parts that have been added by other people
- Take off instruments that are in use
- Add more than 32 measures unless an admin says you can
- Set the tempo extremely slow/make the time signature 64/1 to give yourself more time
- Add anything anywhere except for at the end, where your part begins
- Take anyone's name off the list of composers

AS OF FEBRUARY 14, 2015, EXQUISITE CORPSE 2, CITY OF SNOWFLAKES, HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THIS WORK WAS COMPLETED BY THE FOLLOWING MUSESCORE MEMBERS:

-LUCIEN
-L7DA
-NINTENDO DS
-STEELVIPER
-MOLLYMAWK
-AQUINN

The Third Corpse

Let's try a third one; maybe the group won't die this time. So, same rules as normal, and this time you don't have to limit yourself to just 16 measures or whatever, just do a section/part of a section, pretty much just know your boundaries. I'm uploading the score right now. Also I might upload another so we can have two at once, just to stay active.

The First Corpse

So, here is how I think the first piece should work. Tell me if you have a better idea for it. I have uploaded, or will soon, a piece that will serve as a starter for this extravaganza we will be partaking in. If you want to add to it, simply comment below, reserving a spot. This way we don't have three people adding on to the same section of the piece. Once the first person is done, they will upload it to the group, and the next person will download that, work on it, etc. I'm thinking, so we don't take up unnecessary space, that once an updated version has been posted, the one before it should be removed, simply to save everyone's account limit. I will try to keep a running list of who's turn it is next up here.

When it's all said and done, whenever that may be, someone will (hopefully) run it through a MIDI program and make the instruments sound good. If this gets popular enough, we might have to make our own Soundcloud account just for group pieces. I don't know. What I do know is someone should add on to the template I have created.

It is currently JBrandao's turn to write.

Nobody has reserved the next spot.
