For me at the moment I think it would have to be For King and Country, Anthem Lights (their Christian songs) and Micah Tyler.
So, on Graemx's score "The Greatest Man Who Ever Lived", I left a comment saying how I really liked it and offered advice on ways to make it sound better. I don't think I was mean, but I think I might have come off as mean or something, (I did say I liked it and was not attacking him or anything, just offering some advice) Then I come back and, without a reply or anything, my comment has been deleted. I post another one just asking why my comment was deleted, I don't remember exactly what I said, but I really, really tried hard to not come off of complaining or immature.
Without a reply, he deletes that comment and blocks me. Then he writes a paragraph on his score about people's comments and stuff, you can go see it yourself.
I know I screwed up somehow, I didn't try to come off as mean, but I did, and I take full responsibility for what I did.
But, now I can't even tell him that I'm sorry and I feel really badly about it.
I just don't know what to do.
Does anybody have any prayer requests that you would like for the folks here to pray about? You can feel free to say what it is or you can just say I need prayer. I firmly believe that prayer is the most powerful thing. So, if we have problems big or small, we can always go to Him and ask for his help or whatever it is we need. And he will supply what HE knows we need.
I'm aware that there are quite a few different denominations represented in this group; so it should be interesting to see what we all do for music at our churches.
What worship setup do you have at your church meetings? (i.e. full choir, orchestra, A Capella, soloist, etc.)
I’m pretty sure most of us know the game. One person starts the story with one word, then everybody will just keep adding to the story one word at a time. It can be random things, lets make it funny! Just keep it clean 😉
And we can get to know each other better.
That you don’t mind sharing that it ;) lol
Mine is the American Revolution.
Or am I the only one who plays it?
So first off, i'm in 8th grade. In science today, the radio was playing Christian songs and me and my friends started singing the baby shark song (The teacher was copying some papers). The radio stopped and we got to give a stirring rendition of grandma and grandpa shark to everyone there.
And on the bus, I was playing with paper and realized that if you have two papers on top of each other and you move the first one quickly off of the second, the second one goes up. So, I was fascinated and was like "Woah this is a scientific discovery!" And made this whole thing with my friend in 12th grade about "Paper goes up-itude (The new branch of science that I created in my mind)"
So, how was your day? XD
So I just joined this group. My name is Hannah and I'm 14. I've been playing piano since I was 5, and have been a Christian my whole life. My dad's a pastor so naturally I grew up in a Christian family. I can't really compose but I love Christian music so I like to occasionally arrange piano solo versions of songs. I know that's a whole bunch of boring information about a total stranger that you probably don't care about, but I just feel like it would be less awkward for me to join in your discussions if you all knew who I am, so yeah, that's me.
So, I was thinking about starting a group for people interested in Christianity. I would need people who were Christians to help answer questions and share your beliefs with the people interested. I don’t know how well this will work or if anyone will even join, but was wondering if any of you would want to join and teach? It’s a way to share Christ if you’ve been thinking you want to but don’t quite know how (like me)
And if you guys have any ideas of ways to get the Word out I’m open to ideas!
