Rimsky-Korsakov: Scheherazade Movement IV Festival at Bahgdad. Arranged for Concert Band

Uploaded on Aug 1, 2017

This is my transcription of Rimsky-Korsakov's Fourth Movement of Scheherazade. Although it's not completely done yet, I wanted to show this to you because this is probably one of my greatest accomplishments. It has really pushed me inside and out, and it really shows what I need to improve on. Not only improving musically, but improving on organization, how I can approach a score. I'll write out a program note later once I'm done with this piece. Enjoy!

Very nice! I really like listening to Scheherazade. It's such a great song! I'm glad you made a transcription!
Thank you! I spent a lot of time on this so I’m glad you enjoyed!
Wow this is a huge score! I can see why it took a while to make. Nice job
Thank you!! Still trying to finish it as well and it's taking forever because it's so slow hahaha. And keep in mind this is only the fourth movement of this suite hahaha. Thanks for stopping by again, I think you saw my Gershwin stuff if I remember.
Fantastic work here! Scheherazade is one of my favorite orchestral works, and I'm so glad you took the time to do this!
Thank you! This took a really long time to make, almost 2 months, so I'm glad you enjoy it!!
