National Anthem of the Russian Federation (Videoscore!)

Uploaded on Apr 16, 2015

Edit: So, as it seems that videoscores are no longer a thing, you can change the audio in the options menu on the right side of the player (on the opposite side as the play/pause button) You don't have to; just if you want :P

My orchestral arrangement of the national anthem of the Russian Federation, and the first in my upcoming set of national anthem arrangements. This seems to be a popular anthem among Musescorians, (not to mention I'm obsessed with it/Russia [don't worry Obama, I love America too :P]) so I decided to do it first. I hope you enjoy and please leave feedback!

im definitely making by high school band play this
I'm just wondering, is there any tenor sax peices?
it's.. it's beautiful... absolutely wonderful...
im going to download it, set it on repeat, and use it as background music for war thunder. NICE! i love this song!
How about downloading as MuseScore file and then just getting the parts yourself? It's fairly easy. https://musescore.org/en/handbook-advanced-topics/parts
V I don't use musescore that much so I am just curious.
Of course, as long as it's only for your own personal use. If you post it anywhere else, I'd appreciate it if you give me credit where it's due; otherwise feel free ^^
How did you get the audio (playback) to sound this good?
I re-arranged it using Notion 5, and I used the audio from that to make a videoscore. I guess videoscores aren't really a thing anymore, but you can still set the default audio to that from a particular Youtube video, which is what I did here))
So how long did it take you to arrange this?!
Not too long; maybe a day or so (a day being the few hours out of the day that I have to spare) :)
Get out of here Stalker

Did you listen to my Bandit Radio arrangement? :P Here's the link, if you want it: https://musescore.com/shewcrafter00/bandit-radio-stalker---clear-sky
I think you have some stem issues in the piccolo part :P
I really love the Russian anthem but... OMG it sounds better than the original *-*
That's absolutely AWESOME.
Great job.
Sorry, I didn't see your comment until now :P

Thanks! ^^
I had never heard the Russian Anthem before (despite I'm learning Russian XD ) but this is just amazing!
How much time did this take (I'm sure it was a lot) ?
Большое спасибо! ;)

It actually didn't take me too long; when I did it, it was kind of at my "prime" of arranging/composing, so I finished it rather quickly. I've kind of slowed down now though, with school and stuff.

How long have you been learning Russian? I've been learning for about 2-3 years now, but the more I learn, the more I realize I don't know xP
Whoa, 2-3 years?
I just started XD
I just finished learning the alphabet, and I'm now practising reading names (with Russian letters and pronunciation).
Have you heard of the website Memrise? I started using it about a year ago and it's really helped a lot. It doesn't only have Russian either; I've also used it for German, Korean, French, coding, biology, engineering, music theory.... pretty much anything you could ever want to learn. And it's free :D
What a coincidence, I've actually taken up Russian just last week. thanks for the suggestion
Another good resource that I would actually recommend starting with before Memrise (assuming you know the alphabet already; Memrise is probably better for that) is Duolingo. They came out with a Russian course relatively recently, and it does a very good job of teaching grammar and basic words/sentences. After you go through that course, you could use Memrise to expand your vocabulary. That is what I would do if I had to do it again :P Memrise is good for memorizing words and sentences, but Duolingo is much more comprehensive and makes everything easier to understand for someone who is just starting out.

Yes, I have (actually it's exactly the site I use for Russian & Japanese) :D

hey shewcrafter, have any new songs ready to publish yet?
When it's as fast as it is, it's less impressive, in my opinion at least. I played it as a percussionist, and I really didn't mind how slow it was, because it made it so impressive it was Worth it.
I like!
Thanks for the feedback! I will change the tempo as soon as I am able :)
It is little faster than original
Original is about 80 bpm
Here you can find an example to fix it

Yes, I guess it is a little faster than the original (you would know ;)

Most anthems that I have seen have slightly different tempos from each other; is this too fast? I just thought it worked better with the percussion to be faster.
Aww really?
Ow
Go ahead? Heheh
Okay :)
Anyway.. thank you
Haha, you are welcome :)

I hope that wasn't offending... I'm not really sure what your view of the government is over there (I don't like the US leaders either, if that provides any consolation :P)
I am confused, when I make my music, its a voice, how do i changed it back to piano??
