World 3 - Super Mario Galaxy 2

Why am I seeing this?

Uploaded on Apr 8, 2016

This piece plays in the World 3 Map in Super Mario Galaxy 2. I personally love how simple, but how emotional, it is, especially given the background associated with the world. I've uploaded this for reference to anyone who wishes to re-arrange it, and I OWN NOTHING. Let me repeat that, ALL COPYRIGHT GOES TO NINTENDO. If you'd like me to take it down, let me know and I will do it immediately. This is not intended to be copyright infringement, merely a resource for those who wish to compose like Nintendo does.

Original PDF (a bit changed, but not much) can be found here: http://www.ninsheetmusic.org/download/pdf/862

Finally, feedback is welcome. Thank you!

Beautiful piece. But these pieces are all copyrighted by nintendo, so you have to license them under Creative Commons Attribution or Public Domain. It doesn't matter if it is the original piece, (which is not because Nintendo keeps all there sheet music locked up in there storage),
Transcription, or Arrangement. You have to license them under C.C.A., or P.D. Otherwise it is copyright infringement. (Copyright laws are strict).

Yeah, that is a problem, with many people not understanding copyright laws. And you don't have to put this piece under Non-Commercial, how am I supposed to print it off and give it to our piano player in my orchestra to play it :( Just put it under Attribution and it is ok :)

1. I changed it to be not non-commercial.
2. Why/How would that affect you being able to print it off and give it to a piano player? Unless you guys plan to sell the recording (in which case, you absolutely MUST go through and ask Nintendo), it shouldn't matter... right?

I got confused when the spaceship sound effect didn't play on the repeat :D Spot on transcription!

Thanks for the compliment and the link. I actually have two different soundfonts I already use: merlingold and HQ+Orchestral+Soundfont+Collection+v3.0.sf2. I like the both of them very much, and would highly recommend them both. However, I will check it out and see if I like it better than the two I currently use.

Hey, can I use this to try and attempt to make a string ensemble? This sounds very much like the original. Great job! :)

If you could hold off for about a week, that would be appreciated, as I've noticed a couple small mistakes (visually, not auditory) that I need to fix, and my computer is currently unable to access the Internet. However, once I'm able to do that again, I'll re-upload with the changes and then you can feel free to do so.

Also, if you want help making the arrangement, I'm more than happy to help.
