himalayacrispy Thank you,Peet, glad you liked it!I would like to hear your opinions too about the bass line; acceptable, pleasant or completely distracting or needing only slight adjustments? Peet du Toit It is a matter of taste and previous experience of yes or no, Kamil. I can understand the comments made and your willingness to improve on it. I have no contribution to make in that regard, though. You know that I would speak my mind, yes? I'm okay with this one and created a picture in my mind of the impression(s) your composition had on me. himalayacrispy Thanks for responding,Peet! This relieved me a lot indeed as i am fine with them too and think that they contribute to the overall air of the piece. Luis G. Montiel A. It is a composition with extraordinary potential, Kamil. In agreement with Bob, I decided to listen instrument by instrument and then making various combinations; definitely a combination turned out to be very to my taste: the two guitars of the upper staves, sounds great. Your compositions due to the haste in how you have to write them trapping the muses, in one that another opportunity can have some theoretical technical stumbles. However, they can not hide the talent and the real inspiration that it contains and that shows the value of what you do. I took my gift. I am happy that it comes from you. himalayacrispy Thanks for the remarks and finding this worthy,Luis, highly appreciated as always.I think i can figure out your drawbacks about this, although they surely create confliction seems to be essential to my ears aswell,at the moment, but i am not very confident about them.too. Super Goron Very nice and peaceful! I love it! himalayacrispy Thank you very much Super!I have done it completely by feel(mostly what i do but sometimes i use logic too). Iowabob Very relaxing melodic line, and a great way for me to start my day! Thanks for posting this! A couple impressions: First, is there any way to increase the velocity of the strum effect? I understand the need for the direction for the person playing the guitar parts, but the slow strum in the playback (other than the first two chords) is distracting. The second thing I notice is that there are notes played by the bass that are not part of the chord played by the guitar. While this can be used to create dissonance, I'm not sure it works for this piece. himalayacrispy Bob,i listened to the bass line again and made some very slight editing. However in this piece bass is not employed as an harmonic element emphasizing the roots or fifths but rather i thought of it having a melodic function supporting the melody line with somekind of counterpoint. himalayacrispy Thanks for the remarks and finding it good,Bob!I feel the same about the strum effect.Playback is not as i am intended for obviously, had to be a very quick strum. There are two solutions to this, one,to divide the beat utilizing a tie from the short valued element, two,to completely cancel the arpeggio arrow(edit:Done).Regarding the bass line;i am not hearing the bass line good through laptop speakers but i wrote them by feel while thinking of the melody,i may edit them. Thanks again for listening and commenting.
