I believe that Barry's original score is an extraordinary tone painting: it can be found here: https://musescore.com/barryp/ghost-of-the-countess. This score contains some revisions and corrections.

The main theme of the "Countess" truly emerges at approx. 3'41". The long introduction sets the scene in a series of mysterious vignettes before the darkly majestic entry of the subject. After building to an impressive climax (@7'10"), the work regresses through a number of raucous tableaux before finally returning to sombre and mysterious sounds (9'00") but, nonetheless, intimating that not all hope is lost.

The original score of this arrangement was created on Sibelius so some of the articulations have been lost and some instruments displaced on the conversion. The new sound file was made with NotePerformer 2.0, it has stronger instruments but cannot address all of the balance issues arising from 16-channel MIDI.
