I know that you are trying to make the piece simple, but the duration of the piece is a bit too long for that little contrast, especially for those chords starting in the 2nd movement, which i strongly suggest you to change them. You also really need to have key changing, as for you minimalist, you can use the structure to create that much interest and it is too repetitive, which you then have to have A LOT OF key changing, if you look at Glass' works, you will find it changed keys after a few bars, really a lot...
You should definitely add some dynamics and articulation to add more interest. Since there is a repeat barline at bar 77, the whole movement repeats and the material gets less interesting because it's become quite repetitive. I suggest more contrast for the whole piece, and placing the right repeats where necessary otherwise it starts over and over from the first movement way too often. From what it looks like bars 137-153 were trying to build tension up to bar 154... ? Bars 142-144 get repeated three times but don't add interest and furthermore the harmony doesn't make any sense once it leads up back to that C minor chord.
Hope this helps, and don't forget to keep composing.
