If this is meant for a string quartet you should add some chords to the bass line if you're looking to make them. If not, you should add a second violin line and perhaps a cello line to double the viola parts. There just isn't a ton of backing to the whole piece. I would also suggest to change the contrabass and cello parts where it plays eighth notes on the down beats of two and three to pizzicato when there isn't a preceding arco note on beat one. For the beginning parts where there is a preceding note, you could split the part between cellos and contrabasses so that the latter plays pizzicato to keep consistency within the piece.
