Nocturne No. 3 in A-flat
Uploaded on Jul 17, 2019
This is my third nocturne in "neoromantic" style I suppose.
One might view this as being in ternary form where the second "agitato" portion of the first A sections leads into the B section of arching chords which eventual resolves into a modified A section. Or, one might view the stringendo and Tempo II sections each as B, with the second and third B sections being extended heavily, resulting in a form of Intro-ABABAB-Outro. But in the end I don't think it matters too much.
