Most of this is impossible. You can't reach your hand to do two octaves. Measure 14 has an impossible left hand part. While it isn't possible, I still like it.

Actually it isn’t impossible at all. Most professionals can play that part and for advanced people they would want to do it with 2 hands. If you learn to press note while you move your hand up octaves it will make it much easier and smoother

Actually, this piece is very possible. Maybe you are just new to the world of hard piano pieces. I play songs like this all the time (Maybe not the measure 14 part but I play octaves very often). If you think this is hard, search "Winter Wind" by Chopin or Etude Op. 25 No.11 (same piece but two ways to write it). But I do agree, this is a good piece.

The fastest i've played was the ylia kreutzer arrangement with a friend, my friend stopped playing with me, its like reverse ylia kind of. It took me about a month to fully learn it. You do drills on fast parts, like playing notes slow and fast alternatively or something. And also start really slow. You have to start really really slow. I've managed to learn the first line of chopin's black key etude and am convinced if I spend the time (which I wont) I could actually learn the song.
