I would enjoy any opinions. If there is an odd number of blank measure I am usually working on that part. Also tell me if any harmonies or chords sound too funky. The clarinet part is definitely my biggest challenge. Any help on the transitions is especially welcome.
What to do with that first measure is killing me.

I think you may want to put the different melodies in different parts of the ensemble more together to give a thicker texture. You might try to start another tune before the first ends. Also you may want to try adding more long notes to support the melodies as basses. I don't have very authentic training, but my experience is that you have to keep some parts steady and others changing in an ensemble.
I was just thing adding a horn and tuba part for part of this.
You do a very good job of keeping the piece interesting, which is a great start. However, it needs more of an intro, the piece feels like it starts in the middle. The harmonies feel a little thin too.
Also, keep in mind that trumpets get a little 'blatty' below the staff, then again, who am I to be commenting on the range of trumpets (remember CMC).
Thank to this comment of a better beginning I added one that starts as three solo instruments and the sort of shows back up through out the song more of a full force and I fell that part is one of the most beautiful line I could imagine writing.
I knew there was something about the beginning. I will have to work more on the beginning thanks.
Nice. I like this score. Kinda makes think of the forests from Zelda for some reason.
Thank you for viewing my piece and leaving feedback!
