Why did you use all those triplets instead of using swing? (yes I know it's only used for part of the song, but you can alternate between swing and straight)
I play bari sax, why is it written in bass clef? Baritone saxophone is written in treble clef.
It's in concert pitch. Just download it and turn off concert pitch to see the treble notes.
nice. I'm working on a jazz composition myself and it will hopefully be up soon, although it probably won't be as good as yours.
I totally love this! I would give this to my kids if they could play it
This Is sweet ! Love the trumpet solo part near the beginning
Yeah, this is probably the best thing I've ever heard
In case it helps, you can just have MuseScore swing the notes rather than going through the trouble with the triplets. Just go to the "Style" tab, click "General," and once you've got the "Edit Score" window popped up, go under "Score" (if it's not already the default that you see when the window pops up) and at the bottom of the window, it should say "Swing Settings." From there you can edit the swing settings. Hope this helps! :) Great song by the way!
-or just select the word "swing" on the "text" palette, where you can change the settings if you right click it, & hit "text settings", where there's a tab called "swing settings".
I really like this song. Especially in the swing section.
In the segment with a ton of triplets, couldn't you have just added, "Swing", to it? Great job anyways.
