I scan sheet music and import into museScore, but everything comes across okay, but no lyrics. How can I get my lyrics to come across as well?
This would greatly improve audio playback and mitigate the need for expensive sound libraries. I think it would be a good thing for MuseScore, as do several other members.
I'm new to this whole groups thing so I don't really get whats going on but like I would really appreciate feedback of any sort on my composition:
Please change the audio source to the second one because otherwise it sounds a bit crap.
https://musescore.com/user/28728657/scores/5618597 for example (select YouTube source or this doesn't happen). Playing any score with a YouTube audio source (not video) leaves a grey box at the bottom of the score, obliterating what should be there. This has been going on for about a week; I had hoped it would get fixed, but ... That's Firefox 67.0.2, Mac Mojave.10.4.5.
Hi! It would be absolutely enthralling if you would check out these scores. Unfortunately, my scores did not upload perfectly onto here, though they did upload perfectly on piano shelf. If you want to print the music out, then please visit those links, which I will provide.
Nobody responded when I posted this so I'm going to delete that one and post it again:
A week or two ago I asked about this. When I use the Nice Keys or Touhou soundfont and upload a score with that audio, when you listen through, repeats don't work. Here's some examples in my scores:
Here's one where I uploaded with and without the soundfont.
Without (Not broken):
Please help! :(
Articulations have completley stopped working on MDL instruments. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I'm currently in the middle of writing a movement for an indoor drumline program, and I have a few voiceovers that need to go into a few certain measures. Does anybody know how to achieve this?
have a strange file issue with MuseScore and hope you can give me a help.
My MuseScore Files are saved on iCloud. I was able to download them and open it with MuseScore.
Once I saw the possibility to open it with the IMSLP app. I did it, and, well, it didn’t work. That was no wonder.
Since then the mscz files are linked to the IMSLP app and could only be opened by that app - shire still not working.
If I am deleting the IMSLP App from my iPad, although the mscz files are disappearing in the iCloud. If the app is new loaded, the files are there again but they couldn’t get opened by MuseScore. Any idea?
Why are some of the names in bold? I don't see where it's explained.
https://musescore.com/howard_c_/tchaikovsky_1812_overture, the title, composer, instrument names, tempos and stave texts are all written in High Tower Text, but it was changed to another font which looks really dumb. I wonder why this happened, and can this be fixed? Because some time ago Georgia had the same problem but now it seems to be fixed. I suppose many other fonts have the same problem as well...
Hello! I am trying to add muted cymbal crashes to my marching cymbal part but there is no sound in MDL for this. Would I be able to add it myself or is this simply not possible? Sorry, I'm not very savvy with this program.
Edit: I've been trying to edit the .sfz, and it's quite difficult. Is there an easy way to do this with Polyphone or is there an easier program to use?
Ok, I am trying to make a score with different instruments, but I realized I needed another instrument. Any idea how to add it instead on copy and pasting it to a new score? If there is a shortcut, please reply:D! If not, that should be fixed in an update. Thank you!
The notes I have here are, not in that order: C right below the treble clef, D on the treble clef again, G on the treble clef and another G, an octave below, still on the treble clef. I'd like this lower G to be on the bass staff and the stem to extend.
And I can't figure out how to do that. I have looked online for the best part of three hours and still cannot figure out. And no, I won't use voices. How do I do that?
Question is in the subject, really. Unless my English fails me _again_ and those are not staves I'm talking about.
Anyway, I have a series of 5 notes, three of which are in the bass clef and the two others in the treble clef; and they are meant to be played as an arpeggio.
I have input the scores separately on both staves, at the same beat, but I do not see how I can make the arpeggio extend from the bass clef to the treble clef, or the reverse. I have tried shortcuts which I thought were obvious (for instance, selecting the arpeggio sign and pressing Ctrl plus up or down arrow) but no luck.
How do I do this?
Is there a way to turn off the score on the left side of the piano roll on orchestral scores?
My Guess the song score was reported for copyright infringement. There are plenty of songs in musescore like mine, I'm not sure why mine was the only one that was attacked, if it was. Did I use the wrong copyright thing when uploading? What did I do?
