Lyrics Translation

I have recently started a composition for SATB choir, and I have decided to use the lyrics of a Bach chorale. The only problem is that it is, of course, in German, and it being in English would make it much easier as I am obviously English. I haven't been able to find any translations of it, and of course Google translate is very good, so if there are any German/English speakers on here who would be willing to properly translate it, I would be much obliged.

Here are the lyrics:
"Ach Gott, erhör' mein Seufzen und Wehklagen, lass mich in meiner Noth nicht gar verzagen, du weisst mein'n Schmerz , er kennst mein Herz, hast du mir's auferlegt, so hilf mir's tragen!"
