Does anyone know if you can automatically transpose the key of an entire part using the Musescore software? If so I can't figure it out, and really don't want to transpose by hand. I'm trying to arrange a piece for a sax quartet.

oops I was late again but whatever

apparently, now all of a sudden, I can only get my music to play if it is the default soundfont. If I use another soundfont library such as the SChristian Collins 1.471, it just processes indefinitely when I press play. I do not see a solution to this. If I can only use the default soundfont in uploads, it makes no sense to upload anything anymore. So, unless I can fix this, I won't be posting any more. So it goes.

Hello.  I'm a new member of the group & a fairly inexperienced musescore user.  I've been playing the trombone for 51 years & the euphonium & baritone for 42.  @ 10 of those years professionally & 25 semi-professionally, & the rest just for fun.  I've played in many groups of different styles, but my favorites have been big band, brass quintet, & symphony orchestra.  I've also enjoyed tuba-euphonium ensembles & trombone ensembles.  Merry TubaChristmas is one of my favorite annual events.  Due to pain & wear and tear, I've recently had to put down my trombone - at least for  a while.  But I'm enjoying playing my new euphonium.  I've been arranging for big band & brass ensembles for more than 20 years.

This may be the wrong place for this question... Is there a way to transpose & print the transposition?  Thanks in advance.

Hello Trombone Players! I am from the Piano For Us Group! We (the group admins) are making an Ensemble for lots of players. We need 2 TROMBONE players! This is what is going to happen:  The Group Admins will assign a song and then we will create a Musescore of it. Once we have done the Musescore score, we will assign the song to everybody! Then everybody has a choice either to video record yourself play or create an audio recording. If you do a video record, when we make our final video and we combine all of the audio, there will your video of you playing! You may wonder, how will we play all on the same beat? Answer: Everybody will have a metronome on and have a earbud in their ear and play along with the Metronome. Everybody will turn in their audio recording and me and Edward and Major and Minor will make the video, OR IF ANYBODY IS A VIDEO EDITOR!! and we MIGHT make a YouTube channel and start our awesome project! Remember if you do not want to be on camera, just audio record yourself! We are going to have so much fun! Please Join! Cause I honestly don't like em if there playing too loud and if playing by themselves I only like them in a whole band and playing quietly 

Hi, I just joined and am happy that I found a group devoted only to cellos. I have been playing cello in my schools orchestra for 3 years now and this year will be my fourth. I also play the piano and have taken private lessons for 7 years and this year will be my eighth. I am also pretty new to composing (only started 2-3 years ago). I made these songs and any critique, feedback, or suggestions, etc. on my scores are welcome. This would be greatly appreciated Thanks :)

Hey fellow trombonists.
Many of you may not know this, but while you may play tenor or bass trombone there are tons of other types. So out of any style of trombone ever what would you put on your wish list. For me it's the Buccin, a trombone only ever used in France from 1810-1845 that has a Sousaphone like bell with a dragon's head on the end. The thing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Buccin_yeo_01.jpg) is one of the coolest looking instruments I've ever seen!
So what do you guys think?

I’m in school band and it is pretty challenging for me to play lower Bb for more than around 4-6 seconds(estimation). Any tips on how to play longer?
