Blank screen on opening Musescore on iPhone

Yesterday, I opened Musescore on my iPhone (for the first time for a while - I usually use my iPad) and all I got was a blank screen that I simply had to close.  Having checked my iPad version, I noted the new pdf export message so checked my updates on iPhone and found Musescore had also been updated yesterday on my iPhone. Presumably this blank screen is a problem associated with the latest release on iPhone. Is it caused by a failure of the new release message?

Feedback on problems raised.

I raised a couple of problems in this discussion page a week ago, neither of which apparently warranted a response.  The latest release appears to have fixed one of the problems (asterisks and underlines in lyrics) but the other problem with the cursor not following the music remains active. Is there some other place that bugs should be reported in order to get proper feedback and traceability?

MuseScore Pro Prices

I've never been quite sure of why the musescore pro account prices 49 USD for a full year but when you want to pay month by month it charges 6.99 USD for each month.  That math doesn't add up, 49/12 is about 4.08, so the monthly payment option should be 4.08 USD a month.  There could also be some other reason for this difference in cash amounts that I myself have not looked into but I'm just confused and also intrigued by this pricing decision.

Some lyrics I made recently.. This is still a WIP (work in progress)

Hey, so this is the first time I've publicly shared my lyrics. I'm calling this one 'Fake Love' right now. It's from the perspective of a man who had been dumped by his girl but she still acts like she loves him. I wrote this after my Dad visited us because I was a little bothered by the way my parents acted. I'd love any feedback you guys might have! Thank You!!

Fake Love
You keep giving me that fake love. You keep telling me your lies.
You keep saying that you need me, but I see you with that other guy.
Your embrace, your touch, the cold inside your eyes. Makes me shiver, makes me shiver, now you've turned me into ice.

(chorus)
I don't want to be yours anymore. So please don't ask me if I'm fine.
Your words are only cold anymore. I don't need your lullaby.
You can go your own way. Take the road that leads astray, I don't care.
Because you're just fake love... Fake love

I find myself wondering, has it always been like this.
Now I see you questioning. Who led you to make this break.
In my eyes you see the pain of everything you put on me. With your fake love, your fake love.

(chorus)
I don't want to be yours anymore. So please don't ask me if I'm fine.
Your words are only cold anymore. I don't need your lullaby.
You can go your own way. Take the road that leads astray, I don't care.
Because you're just fake love... Fake love

You wear that smile and tell me I'm your every thing. But then you cast me in the rain....

So that's all I have so far. It's definitely not done. This is the first revision so it has hardly been edited. Hope you guys like it!!!

Embedded iframe with YouTube recording fails in some web browsers

This is a problem which has existed for quite a while, and it would be good to sort it out definitively.

Many of us use the "Share" option to embed an HTML "iframe" of the MuseScore player in our own website. It's really useful for making practice files for choral societies and church choirs.

With a MuseScore file that creates its own playback, it usually doesn't matter which web browser you use: it plays normally.  But if the score is sync'd to a performance recording on YouTube as the default sound source, then the playback doesn't work on all web browsers.

Here is the result of a test of various browsers which I ran today:
-  Chrome 73.0.3683.75  = broken
-  Edge 42.17134.1.0 = broken
-  Firefox 65.0.2 = plays ok
-  Internet Explorer 11.648.17134.0 = plays ok
-  Opera 58.0.3135.107 = plays ok
-  Vivaldi 2.3.1440.60 = plays ok

You can run the test yourself on my HTML page, where the SATB player is linked to a YouTube performance by Birmingham Conservatoire Chamber Choir:
