Not able to upload?

Is it just me, or is there really an issue with uploading scores? I have an arrangement of a Beethoven sonata that I want to upload. It isn't a complete arrangement yet, I only have the first movement done so far and there are 4 movements in the sonata that I am arranging.

I click on Upload and then on the blue button at the top of the Upload page to select a score and what I get is nothing showing up on the blue button, as if I haven't selected anything, and the entire score title in lowercase. What is causing this and will it be fixed soon?

Important: correct workflow for transcribers to follow

In English:
As you can see from the allocation spreadsheet ("Lieder Corpus songs"), there are currently about 25 scores awaiting review.
But if you look at the scores in the group "OpenScore LiederCorpus", there are only 4 scores.
It has always been a clear rule that transcribers must add their uploaded score to the group.  There are three reasons:
1. It makes it easier for multiple reviewers (and indeed a sole reviewer) to handle the scores in date order, which is the fairest method.
2. It saves the reviewer(s) from having to track down each score from the allocation spreadsheet.
3. It allows you to mark your score as Private, but still to make it visible to the reviewer.
So to be clear: in future, we will only review scores which have been added to the group "OpenScore LiederCorpus".
At present there is only one overworked reviewer, so please do your best to stick to the rules.
Thank you very much for your help!

Numbers Against Us

This game is a number game... obviously. Girls will try to count up, boys will try to count down (they can even go into the negatives if need be if girls begin extremely poorly). We start at 0. If you are transgender, agender, non-gender, etc., just pick male or female and stick with it for this game to lessen the confusion. No posting twice in a row.
EDIT:When girls reach 200, we will have to count down, and guys will count up.
EDIT 2.5: Once girls reach -200 or guys reach 300, we will reverse directions again to where guys count down and girls count up.

For example:
Female user: 1
Male user: 0
Female user: 1
Other female user: 2
Male user: 1
Female user: 2
And so on... for ever and ever...

I'll start.

IDK Anymore...

So my sister started playing the violin recently, and I honestly don't know whether or not she plays better than I do. Anyway, we had a quiz in our String Ensemble class, and almost the whole class got around the same score, and now she's bragging about how she's just as good (or better) than I am at playing an instrument even though she just started and I've played for 4 years. I know it's possible, that a beginner can play better than someone with 4 years of experience, but it's really getting to me, and now I feel like I've wasted 4 years of my life playing a viola, thinking I've improved, when I really probably got nowhere, and I probably play just as bad as a beginner.

What are ways to inspire yourself to compose?

I've been stuck with composer's block for a while, and while I do try to compose material, I feel as though I don't have an idea in mind that unifies my WIP pieces together. I usually like to have a scene or image in mind when I compose, but I can't seem to think of anything. Are there any tips that you all have in coming up with an idea for your song/piece? I feel as though I need something (like an image or saying) for inspiration, but I don't have anything in mind.

1000 follower special Q and A - Taking Questions!

Hey guys!
Sooo...I've been looking forward to this for a while now :P
I've decided that, as a part of my 1k follower special, I wanna do something different (and special xD). And although I'm really excited to share the piece I'm working on, I wanted to do a live youtube Q and A session as well.
So right now, I'm taking questions! It can be related to music, this group, or anything, really :P

Thanks guys for all your support over the last 2 years :D

Does anyone else in your family like music?

As for me, one of my sisters just started violin and my Dad is interested in music in its philosophical sense (don't ask me to expound lol). My cousins on my Dad's side are all are very good musicians, playing the violin, cello, viola, violin, and piano in that order. The two oldest have scholarships with their music and the oldest has studied a bit under Itzhak Perlman. Unfortunately none of their talent carried over to me xD.
